Room was great

We are done, done, done with this place. 30 slot trips for us for 2026 so far, and neither of us has won more than 10x our bet on any slot. All you get are dead spins, and dead bonus rounds. It is riduculous. I'm more upset than mad because I've been playing slots for 33 years, and can't do this place anymore, and it is the only casino around. Need to move.

This casino is actually the worst quality casino I’ve ever been to. The staff is completely ignorant to any customer service training. I don’t think they’d even know what that is 😂 unfortunate treatment from the staff will ensure loss of business💖 I live extremely local and will be telling everyone about the lack of hospitality at this location. I’ve worked in much more refined environments so I think I know the qualifications of a sophisticated establishment and this is definitely not one. The harassment from security is not okay. My friends along with many other guests were made very uncomfortable and it felt very discriminatory. We did not feel safe at all around these employees. Pictures will be added. They should not be allowed to speak to guests the way they did. I was denied entry to use the restroom because they were denying random people and threatening us with the police. Absolutely racist and disgusting behavior . Left a very foul taste.

Could you please get some keno options here besides the 4-card??? It’s absolutely wild how big this place is without any keno on any machines anywhere!!!!

Beautiful and exceptional

Hard Rock Tampa is a beautiful casino. If you play slots - go to a different state. This place does not play games. The luckiest place is to not play slots. They are the tightest in the country. Don't believe try them 10 times you might win 1 time and it won't be much that you leave with. Beyond tight slots and they don't care. Buffet is $50.00 and it looks good but tastes bad. Nothing fancy on the menu either. Cigarettes $12.00 a pack.... Drinks are not free. Expensive place to go to. And you will lose that is pretty much a guarantee.

This is strictly about the event (concert) space in the casino. Every staff member we talked to was kind and helpful. The complex is huge and no directions were provided in advance as to parking locations which is hard for those with disabilities or who are not staying at the hotel. The event room floor seating is uncomfortable and the stage is only viewable by standing. The musical event we saw was more spectacle than talent, which the younger-aged drinkers and gamblers seemed to enjoy.

I'm a Unity member and have been supporting the brand since early 80's. This was #112 for me. I hit my 100th in Osaka Japan back in May 2025. I needed a pin for my collection. My husband went in to go to restroom, and he commented on how bad the smoke was. I had stayed with the car per valet staff. I then went in and made my way down to the Rock Shop (we knew we couldn't get in the door down where Cafe and Rock Shop were) and the smoke was so bad I thought I would gag. In addition, a couple staff along the way didn't give the best instructions. One told me to curve to left, but it was straight down on the right. You need better training for your staff. I had to go to bathroom and clean my sinuses. I held my shirt up to my nose. It was even bad in the Rock Shop, you could smell it. We've been to several to get pins and we've stayed at several and the smoke can be bad, but that was the worst. Ugh ~ This was on Friday, February 6th, late afternoon. The lady in the Rock Shop kept telling me I needed a pin # for my Unity. NO, I've never needed a pin for my Unity # to go through. The guy tried it again and it worked, so...NO, I didn't need a pin #. She needs some more training. The cafe is apparently a Hard Rock Cafe (they aren't always) and I thought about eating there, but didn't because of how bad the smoke smell was. If it was anything like the Rock Shop with smoke smell, then there is no way I could have eaten there. I literally couldn't wait to get out of there. Ugh ~ I see now the ratings are only 3.5 out of 5 and the smoke was mentioned several times.

Wasn’t sure what to expect at this hotel as not always the best reviews however it exceeded expectations. Our room was amazing (gold suite) the food and bar choices were great the hotel is huge and there is so much to do. We ate at the pool bar & food was great. We ate at the sugar restaurant which was also great, cocktails were amazing. We visited the many shops which had great choice. We visited the casino upstairs which is no smoking which was a nice option. Would definitely stay again.
