Exceeded expectations, loved it
Pros:

Wasn’t sure what to expect at this hotel as not always the best reviews however it exceeded expectations. Our room was amazing (gold suite) the food and bar choices were great the hotel is huge and there is so much to do. We ate at the pool bar & food was great. We ate at the sugar restaurant which was also great, cocktails were amazing. We visited the many shops which had great choice. We visited the casino upstairs which is no smoking which was a nice option. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay, loved the staff and West Tower room
Pros:

An amazing stay in the West tower. Every person we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The room wasn’t quite ready when I arrived, so I left my luggage with the bell desk and roamed the shops and gaming floor for a bit before getting my room assigned.
The two queen bed room on the 6th floor of the West Tower was spotless and well appointed. It has a desk large enough for two to sit at comfortably, a small refrigerator and large TV. The beds were very comfortable, one of use found the pillows a bit tall and firm.

The bathroom is a bit different for guests that are not Significant Others. What I mean by this is the sinks are separated from the toilet shower by an opaque sliding door allowing a bit of a silhouette shadow through the wall, easily darkened by turning the light off on one side or the other as needed. The shower had a rainfall style head, as well as a handheld shower head. The shower was oversized had hot water, great water pressure, and liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. Checkout was smooth and hands off. Will definitely be back!

Place is a joke
Pros:

My sister and I were here on Saturday around 6:30 pm we were playing when 2 gurls came up to us and started harassing us while we were playing. They were clearly drunk. We called security for help and how about they escorted us off the property! We were minding our own business and got kicked out. What respectable business kicks out paying customers. Even the lady playing next to us told them we were being harassed,didn't matter away we went with our money in our pockets. Stay away from this place they don't care for your business.

Our room was wonderful, the food was great, your workers were very polite and we will be back!
Pros:

We ate at your buffet for dinner! There was a large selection to choose from! Everything we had, tasted wonderful! All of the food we had was hot. Our service person was very attentive and polite.

Cons:

The valet set up was weird. Usually valet is for convince but when you leave you have to walk across this large entrance way to get someone to retrieve your vehicle. Not convenient for people with handicaps! Usually valet is set up by the entrance for you to drop off your vehicle as well as to pick up your vehicle.

Does not honor their promotions! Poor poor customer service and the front desk staff has no idea what happens at players club and vis versa! Dont even get me started with their "customer care" line. Complete and total rude, ignorant people that simply DO NOT CARE! If you win something or go there with ANY promo offers be sure to bring copies of any and all promotions! No one will have any idea what they mean and will try to get out of honoring them! Their computer systems are a JOKE. management are a-holes. Oh, and worst rtp EVER. beware and stay AWAY!!

Pros:

12 slot trips in to the new year. We are both down over 10k already without one win on any slot. No bonus rounds, dead bonus rounds, very tiny line hits. The fact this won luckiest casino in the U.S. is actually disgusting and gaslighting. 0 bounce back accumulated for 2026 because 1k goes so fast, and so hard. We give up Hard Rock. Your slots are way too tight!

Cons:

I reserved my room with booking and used affirm as a payment choice. When I arrived for check in I was asked for a card I used for the booking. I explained that I used booking.com and affirm for payment and I did not have a card but I was more than able to give any other card they wanted for security incidental. She told me my only option was to cancel my reservation and create a new one. I asked for a manager and I was told that was not an option. I traveled with my wife and 2 yo grandson and was given one very rude option. I know this resort will not care about how poorly we were treated but I hope others will understand before they choose to stay here. I was also told when I gave my vehicle to the valet parking it would be charged to my room and all taking care of. It was a lie and I was asked to pay again when my car was delivered when I showed them it said on the valet ticket that the charge showed be on my room and the same card I was very rudely told I was wrong and told my car would be sold in auction by a tow company if I did not pay separately for there service. I was more than willing to pay for all services but being treated the way we were was awful and I will never consider this hotel again. Again I know they won't care because it is a casino hotel i will say buyer be very aware .

Rooms are ok but not for $700.00.
Pros:

Rooms are ok but DEFINITELY not worth $700.00! Casino is smoky even in non smoking areas. Chicken salad sandwiches at the at the coffee shop was fair. NO COMPLEMENTARY breakfast as stated on some on line booking pages.
