I love the Casino. The facilities were beautiful. Service was awesome.
Actually, there was nothing that I didn’t like about
I had made a reservation weeks before and was really looking forward to it. We pulled up to park, I went in to check it out and like all other reviewers the smoke hit me like a ton of bricks and I smoke. We were only reserved here for one night but frankly, the characters we saw around this place were alarming to me and I did not feel safe. Combined with what we saw and a past review about bed bugs made us rethink our decision to stay here. We ate the charges and the $150 cancellation fee and opted for another hotel. I don't gamble, we were only here for the hotel. We were traveling from Texas and had made reservations for our return trip but after what I saw I canceled our reservations.
I refuse to be a part of this predatory business model.
I did not like the massive waves of smoke billowing out of the casino into every other part of this complex. I did not feel safe there. This complex is massive and all we wanted to do was rest. The atmosphere seem predatory. Dirty and not safe.
The room was exceptional, clean and very comfortable. The casino was huge with plenty of restaurants and bars.

So I am walking through the casino. There are pathways in between the machines. This cocktail waitress runs into me. Spills drinks all over me. Im soaking wet and smell like alchol. So I went to the players club to see how they could help. They offered me a shirt. I don't need your shirt, I need to talk to a beverage manager. So in like five minutes comes a man who invaded my private space. He told me he was an ERT. An ERT is an "emergency response team ". What? This is one step below a police officer . It was purely an intimidating experience. The beverage manager came up behind me. Yet,nothing was solved. What happened to the guest being right? Not at the Hard rock!! Nothing but intimidation. Horrible experience!
Das Zimmer war super. Groß, tolles Bad mit riesiger Dusche und einem sehr bequemen Bett. Wir wohnten im Easttower mit Blick auf den Pool im 11. Stock. Der Pool und Spabereich hatten eine eigene Etage, sodass man nicht in Badesachen oder -mäntel durch das Casino musste. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es gibt ein Raucher- und ein Nichtraucher-Casino, was grundsätzlich eine tolle Idee ist. Leider kommt man aus den Fahrstühlen der Wohntower grundsätzlich im Raucherbereich des Casinos raus, was wir als Nichtraucher echt eklig fanden. Es gibt aber keine andere Möglichkeit zu den Restaurants, Shopps, Parkhäusern zu kommen oder überhaupt das Hotel zu verlassen.
Das Hotel hat 4 Parkgaragen, die man kostenfrei nutzen kann. Es ist allerdings überhaupt nicht gut ausgeschildert, welche Garage für welchen Wohntower genutzt werden sollte.

The absolute worst casino as far as comps and return to player. The payback percentage is probably 25% at best corruption no gaming commission. Oh well their gaming commission is called Seminole gaming commission they oversee themselves if you value your money go to a place that has an outside gaming commission. I had a couple pictures of the difference between a Biloxi casino and what they give me here in Tampa and I play more here in Tampa absolute garbage here in Tampa.
We enjoyed our stay here as we went to a concert right across the street at the fair grounds. Our room was bigger than expected and very nice.
Our check in was ove an hour late.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I arrived at the hotel at 4:00 AM and was initially told that my room would be ready at 6:00 AM. Then I was told 7:00 AM, and later I was informed that I would have to wait until 10:00 AM. The constant changes and lack of clear communication were extremely frustrating.
What bothered me the most was the lack of empathy from the front desk staff. I was visibly exhausted after traveling, yet no effort was made to accommodate me or even show understanding of my situation. The staff came across as cold, indifferent, and uninterested in providing good customer service.
Because I was so tired and could not continue waiting, I ultimately had to cancel my reservation and find another hotel. This was extremely disappointing, especially after being given several different check-in times throughout the morning.
What makes this even more unfortunate is that I genuinely liked the hotel. The property looked beautiful, and I was excited to enjoy everything it had to offer. Unfortunately, because of the situation with my room and the lack of support from the front desk, I never had the opportunity to experience any of the amenities or services.
A hotel should not only provide rooms but also make guests feel welcomed and cared for. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I strongly believe the front desk team needs additional training in customer service and guest relations. A little kindness, empathy, and professionalism would have made a significant difference.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the guest experience, because the hotel itself seems wonderful.
