We are so glad to have found this property. Has the feel of an Orlando timeshare style property, outside of the Orlando crowds. Spectacular pool complex. My teen sons were entertained for days! Exceeded our expectations for an on roerty lazy river. My only complaint would be food and bevwrage seeemed understaffed and the hours available were limited. No action past 7pm. Will stay again. Also, best sofa bed i have ever seen.
Pool and lazy river were great
The rooms are outdated and tired. Renovations are needed.
The location. The staff was very nice and helpful
The 1 bedroom that sleeps 4. The pull out couch was not very comfortable for two adults. More for kids
Been to this Hyatt vacation club 2 times before this one, it is such a great place! Great nature, clean facilities, awesome family friendly amenities, and cherry on top is the lazy river! Total fun. 2br rooms are very spacious and clean. Enough space for everyone, kitchen amenities provided, washer/dryer in unit, parking garage on the ground floor. Spa is at next door Hyatt regency. Dining is very efficient and overall feel is exactly what you want to feel at vacation spot, - relaxed and happy. Thank you HVC staff at Bonita Springs. You are doing a great job!
We enjoyed everything about this property!
A wee bit of a drive to get to but well worth it once we arrived!
You cannot beat this place for a family vacation, even if that's just you and your spouse. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The whole resort is beautiful, well-maintained and clean. The staff is responsive and friendly. The pools, the beach, and the entire resort are very kid and adult friendly. There's golf next door with other courses nearby. There is food on site and plenty of restaurants in the area. Whether you like a quick meal or a fancy night out, you'll find it in the area. You will enjoy your stay here, for certain!
Stayed for 4 nights and it was wonderful. Free parking which was easy. Every staff member we encountered were so very kind and accommodating. The place was very clean and the grounds were very well kept. I can see where some say the rooms may be outdated, but for us it was fine, clean and spacious. The boat trip to Big Hickory Island was certainly a great time. It is a timeshare place so they do try everything they can to get you to sign up for a “talk”. Would love to return.
Upon reading the reviews I was hesitant to stay here, but the first couple of days were great! The grounds were well kept, and the staff was friendly and quick to bring up any items we needed and the pool areas for our child were great! They do REALLY push timeshare options on you from the moment you walk in, to the moment you check out.
However, we also noticed black mold on our shower on the grout, the shower head had green mildew/mold on it in the primary bathroom and our feet were black by the end of the day walking around the room. We scheduled house keeping and the towels were just thrown onto the tub edge in a pile… we told front desk all of this and were told it was unacceptable but nothing changed. We found a cockroach in our room and called the front desk who were apologetic and solution focused though . They came and sprayed the room the next day (we didn’t want them coming that night with our sleeping child) and gave us $80 credit which I guess is better than nothing but this does not scream “luxury hotel” lol.
There is only one “restaurant” on the resort which has limited options and you’ll definitely need a vehicle to get around to any other places. They do offer a shuttle to the adjacent Hyatt hotel since a lot of their marketing is based off of things at the OTHER Hyatt hotel, but you get dropped off at a docking area not the front.
I think it was an ok stay, our child had a great time but I think for the price you pay you can find something better and cleaner.
The pool was nice
The food was bad, very litter options for food.
We live in the area and just wanted to get out of the house and this was a hidden gem for us so relaxing so much to do wish we would of stayed longer the room was gorgeous with a view of the lake, the lazy river was huge the staff was super friendly and informative we will definitely be back
Everything
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hyatt Coconut Cove in Bonita Springs. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Sam at the front desk, which immediately set the tone for a fantastic visit. The property is beautiful, clean, and relaxing—exactly what you want for a Florida getaway. Everything from the rooms to the amenities was top-notch.
A special shoutout to Adonis at the bar—he was amazing! Friendly, attentive, and incredibly talented, he truly made our experience unforgettable. His great attitude and excellent service went above and beyond and added a personal touch that made our stay even better.
Leaving
We love Coconut Point Vacation Club. They are so accommodating, rooms are clean, grounds are well-kept. Guest services are great.
Stayed for four nights at the Hyatt Vacation Club and while it was a fine experience, the little things really dragged it down. I won’t be staying here again.
First off, be prepared for the “concierge” to pester you multiples times before and during you trip to sit down and talk about what is essentially a timeshare in exchange for a visa gift card. It’s annoying, feels cheap, and isn’t worth it. It’s relentless, and you see them every day passing the main desk.
Next be aware of the $35/day resort fee that isn’t very clearly stated. This gets tacked on as you check out, again making the customer feel slighted. There’s also no daily maid service (has to be requested, but can’t be day-of), the Lazy River was closed while we were there, and we were woken up by screaming twice (once a mother swearing at her children, the next just kids running up and down the hallways). We did call security for a safety concern and it took about an hour and a half for someone to come up.
The rooms are essentially a hotel, even if they say it’s different. The pools are nice, plenty of space to walk around, and the bars/restaurants on the property are fine - though they close early.
Just stay at the actual hotel, not this place.
Beautiful property and wonderful pool. What really sets this hotel apart is the amazing staff. Abanob, Caroline and Sam all went the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay and provided gracious customer service. The New Year's Eve party was perfect for our family which included grandparents and grandchildren. Lots of family friend activities to enjoy on property including simulated golf, air hockey, ping pong and mini golf. Our seven year old son already wants to go back just days after our return home, and so do we.
