It was ok..
Pros:

Construction going on. They informed me ahead of time, but didn’t really no how much. I had cool water in shower. I just figured they had a pool, but didn’t.

Cons:

I’m sure it will be eventually.

Clean, comfortable, and great location
Pros:

Very clean. Really comfortable mattress. I slept so well. Also Antigua Cocina next door was really great food.

Cons:

There were a lot of cones in the parking lot. I’m not sure what that’s about.

Pros:

This was a nice hotel with decent staff and rooms. The property was under construction and that was not disclosed be Expedia or by the Hampton main site. The room was newly remodeled and comfortable but there was a construction zone outside the window. It will probably be very nice once construction is complete. Also, there is no longer a pool at this hotel.

Don’t Stay Here
Pros:

This hotel is under renovation/construction. Wires were hanging from the ceiling, the pool is closed, and chunks of the outside wall are missing. The breakfast is also modified since they don’t have kitchen facilities.

Construction starts at 7 am and continues to 7 pm. You have to maneuver around the construction areas including the main lobby.


The first thing the receptionist said was that we could try to ask for a refund if we didn’t want to stay there, but no guarantees since it was a third party booking. I would not go back until construction is complete.
