The location is close to everything
It's a little out dated
LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR OUR NEEDS, THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD AND THE STAFF WERE ALL HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. EASY CHECK IN AND AMPLE PARKING.
Unfortunately the bed was very soft, lumpy and uncomfortable. The walls seemed thin because we could easily hear the shower from the next room and people walking and talking

Close to where I need ed to be
My key card did not work anywhere on the building. It took over three or four different tries of them reprogramming my key card. Every time I left or came back to my room I would have to walk up to the front desk to have them fix it several times I came back later at night and was carrying bags or things that I had had to carry all that stuff to the front desk and back it was very inconvenient. Then on top of that the door lock mechanism on my door did not work either correctly and maintenance had to come fix it, which disturbed me during my time that I was there.
We have been staying at this Residence Inn for years and it desperately needs a refresh. It is not the cleanest or brightest place. Spiders in the corners, the tub would not hold water and there was terrible noise in the room above ours in the morning when an HVAC unit was being replaced (we think that’s what it was) and we received no advanced notice or apology for the disturbance. Not coming back again!!
Close to restaurants , good on off highway
Getting old
I was really happy to find this Residence Inn, after a long 12 hour drive it was the perfect stop overnight, the other amazing perk was having a Starbucks and other restaurants in the same connecting parking lot, perfect for easy dinner pick up and coffee in the morning! Room was super clean, front desk staff was very friendly and made check in a breeze! Also conveniently located right off the thruway with lots of gas stations around/shopping ext. Will plan on staying here every year on our way home from vacation!
No complaints!
The staff is very friendly and everything seemed clean. I love when everything is working like the ac, fridge, tv, sinks, showers, I have no complaint. The breakfast was a step better than the typical continental options if you like the standard hotel food and th dining area is nice. I don’t understand the $5 charge for parking?

Room was great, staff friendly, all good
Thankfully, the credit card I booked with gives me instant notices of purchases. My app notified me I was being charged $20/per day in addition to my already paid room rate for my 3 day stay. I went to the front desk to inquire about the additional charges. The lady at the desk told me it was a daily fee "for parking"!!! I advised her I was not paying for parking in their dark and pothole infested parking lot. She said she would remove the fee, but she didn't. I went back the next day and talked to a different lady and now I'm being told it was for "incidentals". I did not purchase any incidentals, and again, I advised her that I am not paying sixty more dollars in addition to the already exorbitant fee.
She took off the charge, but had I not had an app for my card, i may have left there, unaware of the charge. BEWARE!!!
IN ADDITION TO THE EXTRA FEES THEY TRIED TO TAKE, THE CARPET WAS FILTHY, LIKE A DIRTY SWEATER ON THE FLOOR.
Cranberry Township has many hotels that I have used over the years, I won't be returning to the Residence Inn, Cranberry Township/Pittsburgh By Marriott!
Good breakfast. Nice outside area with fire pit. Clean. But very uncomfortable bed
