I seen baby roaches
I did not get a chance to try out or eat breakfast, therefore I will not rate it. I do like the the location.
I did not like there was no ironing boards in the rooms.
Location
Most the staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful and the breakfast option wasn’t good…there also wasn’t enough pillows or blankets …
Over appealing when you walk in.
The room stunk the room had no shampoo and the towels had stains. And the covers smelt like dog.
It was clean
The breakfast was not good
desayuno limitado pocas opciones, bano/piso no muy limpio, piscina cerrada, sensores de puertas en mal estado, llave no funcionaba
Nothing.
Everything. There were multiple bugs in the refrigerator. Asked for a refund because I didn’t even stay the first night and he said to call next day.
LA PISCINA CALIENTE
A UN ESTÚPIDO SE LE OCURRIÓ FUMAR EN LA HABITACIÓN DE NO FUMADORES
There are cockroaches in the room
The continental breakfast
Irritated with the Noise level
Close to quite a few establishments, wifi worked, had good cellular data. Breakfast waffle was phenominal
The smell upstairs in the hall and rooms and the thin blankets were pretty bad but I expected it to be worse for the price I paid.
The price was the best thing about this visit. The hallways had what looked like new carpeting. Being on the top floor, it was quiet during the night. And it was reasonably close to the University Hospital. There was also a blow dryer in the bathroom.
The entrance breezeway was overpowering with the smell of marijuana. The air conditioning was either too cold or too warm, there was no real happy medium. There was a big hole on the inside of the bathroom door that was literally plastered over with white plaster. Mud tape in the corner of the room was peeled off. The beds were oddly soft to sit on but too hard when you went to sleep and the pillows (only 2 per bed) were so thin, that you couldn't even fold them over to make one decent pillow. The blow dryer in the bathroom was dirty and the light switch plate in the bathroom was dingy and cracked. The check out personnel were not the type of people you would expect from a Wyndham Hotel. They were very nice, but, one appeared as a new age hippie and offered peaceful vibes for our trip and the other almost appeared asleep behind the counter and they had Pokemon cards they were playing with on the checkout desk . The "included breakfast" was a pitiful excuse for making waffles and cereal. The juice machine dispensed watered down juices and didn't work correctly to begin with.
