Great and comfortable

Everything, location made everything convenient, staff was very accommodating, breakfast was awesome and filling even as a Continental breakfast, well worth it.

Location was prime for my stay for activities. Overall the stay was quiet and the room was clean. Definitely a place that i would continue to visit considering the value you get when staying here!

Super 8? More like Super Great! We came into town for the SD rodeo with my wife and 6 kids and had an amazing experience with the cleanliness, the staff, and the convenience of location right next to the freeways! I would recommended this hotel to anyone looking for a good bang for your buck on lodging! 🤠

I had a fantastic experience at this Super 8. The location is in the heart of hotel circle. It was a minimal commute to my business conference, and I was able to easily grab drink drinks and food with coworkers after.

The room was extremely clean. I can’t say that about a lot of places I’ve stayed. The manager was incredibly nice, and the staff was very hospitable. I will be returning here in the summer and will even make this a mainstay for my family vacations when in San Diego.

Convenient, clean, and responsive! Very good for the price and on short notice. Slept soundly and enjoyed it.

Stayed here for 3 nights in December 2025 and it was exactly what we needed for a quick San Diego trip on a budget.
The location is fantastic—right in Hotel Circle, super easy access to the freeway, just a short drive to SeaWorld, the Zoo, Old Town, and beaches. We didn't have to deal with downtown traffic or crazy parking fees elsewhere. Plenty of free parking at the hotel too (though note there might be a small fee some people mentioned—didn't hit us).
Room was clean and tidy when we arrived, beds were surprisingly comfortable (slept great both nights), and the AC worked well even with the warm weather. Free continental breakfast was a nice bonus—waffles were actually pretty good, plus coffee, cereal, and some hot items. Nothing fancy, but it saved us money on mornings.
Staff at the front desk (especially Joey and the morning crew) were friendly and helpful with directions and quick check-in. WiFi was solid for streaming and work stuff.
It's a basic Super 8—no frills, older building, and you can hear some freeway noise if you're sensitive to that—but for the price, it delivered clean, safe, convenient lodging without any major issues. Would happily stay again if we're doing another value trip to SD.

Great hotel amazing service. All the staff is really friendly and attentive. The front desk was very helpful when I came in checking in was a smooth process.

The location isn't bad and it's more affordable than some of the other options in the area. Breakfast options were okay, internet worked well, and it was very cozy and comfortable.

We come from Escondido and the reason we were in town is because our close friend is fighting cancer and was have surgery to have a breast removed Eneida is awesome friendly, humble, customer service professional.
