The complete experience
Pros:

The location was decent as things were nearby

Cons:

The room was very small, the picture showed AC but there was no AC in the room during the month of March it was difficult. The entire property was misleading, nothing like the pictures in booking.com, the room was not clean it had beach sand throughout. They didn't even bother to clean the washrooms, it was throughout wet and the WC is indian cum western which was extremely inconvenient/uncomfortable for me personally. Either it should be indian or western. They had nil options for breakfast which is included in the room. They just told us that we can only pick one either two slices of bread or masala omelette or aloo partha which are of only one qty each per person. The roads are extremely small if you are going in a car, there is no proper place to park. It had cockroaches and the cupboards were dosty. They didn't even provide us a proper bedsheet, it was stinking, the room was damp I think they didn't change the bedspread and bedsheet post the previous guest. As we went in our own car we carried some cushions and bedsheets so we got saved. Overall an awful experience. Good that we just went for a weekend so we just stayed for 6-7 hours in that room. If you are coming for a proper Goa trip, please don't opt for this property.
