Great location, but they need to update or soundproof the rooms.
Pros:

Very close to center, walking distance to shops, stores, train station (10 mins max). Good breakfast and coffee and tea in the rooms. Staff was always kind and helpful.

Cons:

The walls are VERY THIN…. I could hear the neighbors using the toilet, snoring, walking in and out incessantly from their rooms.

Lack of charging help for the EV - staff is not informed nor involved in helping guests on the EV charger on the hotel
Property when international travellers are stuck with a local charging solution. And staff is inflexible to offer part time rate for bike rental - even if you just want to rent it for the evening hours.

It was ok
Pros:

There was everything necessary in the apartment, the living room was spacious and had enough seating and dining space. The bathroom was clean. The staff was nice.

Cons:

The bedrooms are extremely small and quite noisy since the windows don't isolate enough from the noise coming from the outside. Overall it could be cleaner. The dishwasher didn't do anything, we had to wash the dishes by hand eventually. I definitely do
not recommend the breakfast - for a family of 4 it was more than €80 per day and it was extremely basic.

Mooie locatie in Hilversum
Pros:

Prettige ruime kamer! Fijne plek voor ons verblijf in Hilversum. We komen terug!!

Cons:

Alles ok en prima ontbijt. Een klein dingetje; tijdens ons ontbijt om 9.15 -9.30 werd alles al afgeruimd op het buffet. Voelde een beetje alsof we weg moesten.

Prima locatie dichtbij het centrum

Cons:

Stopcontacten werken niet, het is oud, ontbijt lijkt uitgebreid maar alles erg minimaal. Zet nou gewoon lekker kwark neer ipv goedkope yoghurt… koffie was beetje koud, ei was niet lekker (vorige dag gemaakt?) broodjes ook hard en niet vers.
