Nettes Personal, gutes großes Zimmer für 1 Person, Fahrstuhl für 2 Stockwerke, schönes gepflegtes Haus, gute Lage in der Mitte zum Bahnhof und zur Altstadt

Dat tijdens het ontbijt waar nog wel 10 personen zaten om ca 8:30, geen koffiekopjes meer waren, geen schaaltjes voor de yoghurt, te weinig bestek op de tafels en tot verbazing worden om 8:49 de bloemen van alle tafels verwijderd. Raar

Pros:

Location is great, Hilversum is a lovely town with good rail connections to major Dutch destinations such as Utrecht and Amsterdam, and the town has a pleasant atmosphere. It is much nicer to stay in Hilversum than in busy Amsterdam! The hotel is about a ten minute walk or 3-minute bike ride from the rail station. The hotel is on a quiet street and there were no noise issues in my room, and it was a pleasant place to stay while exploring the Gooi region and the wider country.

Cons:

Wi-fi is quite slow by Dutch standards but fine for basic usage.

Pros:

Altijd aardig aan de balie. En locatie is goed voor mijn werk. Op zich prima, maar heb wel - nu ik er een aantal keren heb verbleven - steeds meer verbeterpunten.

Cons:

Kamer die ik nu had - kom hier regelmatig - veel te warm. Echt niet normaal met een kleine ventilator. Maar was te moe om naar de receptie te gaan. Had 9 uur gereden. Wilde wel slapen. Wat dus lastig ging, want met stukje raam open en ventilator (lawaai) lukt dat niet echt. Dit hotel moet wel eens een beetje aan upgrading doen. Ook bijv. een tegel met drie 'gaatjes' weer volgemaakt met wit spul omdat er ooit iets hing. Het is blijven hangen in '70'er jaren.

Mooie omgeving, rustig

Cons:

Douchekop zat los en was met plastic aan elkaar gemaakt met de bedoeling de kop in een bepaalde stand te laten staat, dit werkte niet. Douchebakje hing met 1 schroef vast. Snoer van nachtlampstekker was door en had sluiting kunnen veroorzaken.

Dissapointment due to poor communication of front desk staff which could not handle any of our requirements.

There was nothing special about the property, we chose it being the closest to Media Park.

Cons:

The lack of professional attitude from the reception staff. I have specifically requested an invoice since day 1 for all the services only to find out at checkout that for the dinner we had which we paid directly at the reception desk each evening (we asked to be charged on the room but they did not accept) we cannot be given invoices. Even the invoice for the accomodation I had to ask for several days after checkout before it was sent to me.
