Superb location with okay facilties
Pros:

The beach is just outside the main gate of the property and airport is behind the property at a walkable distance. We arrived late night and the staff arranged tea on request which is to be appreciated. Aestetics inside the property are top notch. Gives you a feel of residing at a local home.

Cons:

The ac was leaking water, bathroom wasnt clean with tiny hair spread in both the wash basin and commode.

Pros:

Perfect place to stay after landing at the airport or before taking off. Extremely close to the airport yet calm and quiet atmosphere on the beach. Clean, comfortable and great food!

Expensive for what you get.
Pros:

Room and attached bathroom a good size. Staff really friendly and helpful. Good view of the sea.

Cons:

Wasn't that clean. A bit overpriced. Shared kitchen on 1st floor not looked after. Location not good despite being close to beach. Very little options to buy wholesome veggie food in the area...most café and eateries selling chicken / beef meals. The beach is really dirty with lots of rubbish so not a great place to hang out.

Wenn man unbedingt in der Nähe vom Flughafen sein will.
Pros:

Es war eigentlich ein schönes Haus mit tollen Möbel. Auch das Zimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon.
Flughafentramsfer war ok 5 minuten zu Domestic

Cons:

Es war sehr schmutzig und alles verstaubt.
Die Raben haben mir die Lebensmittel vom Balkon geklaut.
Es ist eine grosse Müllkippe alles in der Umgebung.
Das Frühstück war zu spät.

Full value for money spent. Great Location, Great Property.
Pros:

A loud shout out to the warm reception and hospitality received. Nice property with good aesthetics. Providing Free Drop to Airport early in the day is a thoughtful addition.

Cons:

Breakfast needs a bit improvement, especially as you highlight it as a Free Add-on.

空港利用の前後にはとても良い立地
Pros:

空港から近く、前泊するのに立地が良かった。
目の前はビーチで常に波の音が聞こえてリラックスできた。
部屋は広く、快適だった。
キッチンが使えた。

Cons:

チェックインした時に施設の説明や朝食についての説明がなく、オーナーにテキストで色々と聞かないといけない点。
空港の送迎サービスは無料と聞いていたが、空港へ入る際にドライバーから50ルピーを請求された。

A peace and family feeling stay.

Beautiful home stay, lovely staff.
Pros:

Great location, for the airport, and close to the beach. Beautiful old Indian style house, with lovely outside seating. Friendly staff, breakfast included, collection and drop off from the airport including.

Perfect place to stay by the Trivandrum airport
Pros:

This was the perfect place to spend the night before an early flight. The room was super clean and comfortable, and the airport drop-off service was so wonderful to not be stressed before our flight. It takes about 10 or 15 min to drive to the international terminal from this homestay.

The family operating the place received us warmly with tea and provided all the amenties like towel, soap, dental kit, water.

We did not explore the area at all because we arrived in the evening and left at 5 a.m. This meant we also did not try the breakfast, unfortunately!

Personal sehr freundlich. Kostenlos und super schnell vom Flughafen abgeholt. Sogar noch Bier für uns extra besorgt.
Frühstück sehr lecker und authentisch.
