Great location, good rooms

Cons:

When booking the studio it said it had a balcony, that’s why I went for the studio… I even put into special requests that I get a studio with a balcony… as it said it was apart of the room I booked but I wanted to make absolutely sure. I also asked if I could check in 1 hour earlier just because that’s when I would be down there and didn’t want to wait around for an hour. Unfortunately both requests were completely ignored, didn’t get a message about them, and the room didn’t have a balcony. As there was smokers, we had to spend a lot of time over the 2 days downstairs, outside in the pouring rain as it was terrible weather and there’s obviously no other facilities around to accommodate smoking. But you are allowed to smoke on balconies, hence wanting one.

Pros:

The location was close to Robina train station and the CBUS stadium which was great!!! and the room itself was very clean and very comfortable to stay.

Cons:

There wasn't any direct light at the shower area so it can be a little dark to shower but everything else was amazing!!!
