Pros:

The staff were amazing, especially Jordan. He went over and above to help me.

Cons:

The smell, I’m vision impaired and didn’t realise I was booking into a dog friendly room. I just thought it was like that pet was a fancy way of saying cute.

Lovely staff who were very accommodating. Comfortable bed and excellent ammenities.

Comfy, clean, and worth the money.
Pros:

Everything was super modern and clean, and I loved all the little notes about environmental friendliness. The check in/out staff were also super friendly.

Cons:

Honestly the only downside was that the pool closed so early, so we didn’t get the chance to swim, but overall nothing really negative about our stay.

Tidy, staff were lovely... catered for our special occasion, omg the bed was super comfy...great for parking...great offers...and able to drive short distances for a night out for dinner

Cons:

My only gripe is the basin in the bathroom took forever to go down....worked out it was blocked so I cleaned it for them. Attention to this might need to be addressed by Hotel cleaning staff.

Pros:

Location is great, apartment ls are a nice size and quiet. Parking is good value, staff nice and helpful.
