Nice rooms but a tad greedy.

Room was well equipped and comfortable beds

Cons:

Receptionist was a bit rude and even though we were upgraded for free to a two bedroom we were charged extra for the second night which i thought was unfair since we didn't ask for an upgraded room.
Also I think $40 for a hour later check out is a bit steep specially when I checked the website and the hotel was barely booked.
TV didn't work and couldn't sync to phone had to get maintenance to get another remote just to watch normal TV.

Mostly everything was good.

Cons:

All was good except they gave us grief about leaving a $100 for bond. I don’t have credit cards so that was annoying. The tv came on at 2am each morning and woke us. Batteries in 1 remote didn’t work. Otherwise all was good.

Unreal.
Pros:

Location was convenient, staff were unreal, friendly and down for a good yarn (an Andrew served me), facilities were clean, in-room laundry was handy, pool was lovely, parking was so easy. For somewhere so metro it was still a nice view of the mountains to the west.
