Wonderful Staff, wonderful Apartment and a great location!!!
Pros:

The location was fabulous but honestly the staff are amazing!!! Ellie especially on check in went above and beyond to welcome us to The Quest and was more than happy to answer any questions I had

Our dog's favourite hotel
Pros:

This is our go-to hotel for the Gold Coast because, on top of the exemplary staff and amenities, it's dog friendly! Levels 1 and 6 are for guests with dogs and these rooms are so clean and welcoming for both humans and dogs alike. Murphy loves the provided dog bed and treats, and the little outdoor area is the perfect place for him to soak up some sun.

It was very quiet and the room was comfortable.

The room was a little dirty. The heated pool was not heated. Wifi would not work.
