Brilliant father son football trip to Manchester made more special by being so well looked after at
Pros:

Myself and my son travelled to watch Manchester United play, we were very well looked after by Anna on arrival, including arranging transport to and from the match for us - this was very helpful as my son is 10, and I preferred not to have to use public transport on match day. The hotel breakfast was very good, the bar was a good place to chill out - and the hotel is located just across the road from Blacklock which was a brilliant steak restaurant to eat at.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit dated and i would have expected a higher standard of bedding and furniture in the room.

Nowhere to park nearby that’s safe so annoying for people that are travelling. Please be aware

Good location and friendly staff, however the room and overall experience did not quite match expectations for a Premium
Pros:

Great location and overall the staff were friendly and welcoming. The spa facilities were also lovely once we were able to access them.

Cons:

The room did not feel like what we expected from a Premium Room booking. It felt like it was in a different part of the building with no skyline or city feel at all and overall felt much more standard than premium. The bathroom was also surprisingly small.

We had requested twin beds which unfortunately wasn’t accommodated. The air conditioning also did not seem to work properly and the room became very warm overnight. We didn’t raise this during the stay as we had already unpacked and settled in by that point and realistically didn’t feel much could be done without disrupting the stay further.

We had also booked the room for two guests with spa access included, however the spa booking had only been made for one person.
