Super! Really enjoyed our stay - staff were helpful and friendly, room good, location worked really well for us.
Honestly I cannot fault my stay at all! It was 10/10 across the board, we had the best time! The staff were beyond amazing, the room was lovely, the spa was excellent and the food at breakfast was fantastic!! I will be booking again when I can!

We had contacted the hotel in advance about our 10 year anniversary. They organised a little card and small cake for the occasion unfortunately it was a birthday card a cake instead of anniversary. I top of that the noise during the night was unbearable it was so so loud my partner and I could not sleep.
The location was amazing as we were seeing a show at the Albert Hall. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, the room had everything we could need and the breakfast was wonderful. Will definitely be back.
