Perfect from beginning to end
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and in a perfect location. I would also definitely recommend their breakfast when you stay, worth the money as the foods and drinks are very tasty. I would be coming back again and would recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

Great hotel
Pros:

Always a great welcome. Lovely quiet hotel. Rooms are impeccably clean and the spa is wonderful.

Cons:

Room service a bit hit and miss! Forgot us a few times.

Brilliant hotel brilliant service
Pros:

It was our second time staying at this brilliant hotel. I have to give Gary a very special mention, I had wanted to last year but didn’t remember his name - he’s a memorable guy so I’m not sure how! He made us feel like ROYALTY even though we really aren’t, and the course of both stays he goes to so much effort with all the guests to ensure they feel well looked after, and also that they are having FUN. Thanks Gary, and Kyaw who checked us in was lovely too! Can’t wait to come back next year.

Issue resolved by fantastic staff!!
Pros:

I had an issue with the booking via Hotels.com which meant I had nowhere to stay. Viktoria and Kyaw were fantastic helping me with the refund and booking directly with them. Huge thanks to them both!! The hotel is lovely as is the Spa. All staff were super friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, if parking get the NCP app
Pros:

Our stay was mostly good. The Premium City View Room was very roomy and the bed was comfortable. My wife booked a slot in spa and said it was nice and clean with reasonable facilities.
Our biggest frustration was the car parking. The hotel doesn't have a car park and you use the NCP which is about a 5 minute walk. I had checked this out prior to stay and there is a message on their phone system. What it doesn't say is that you need to download the NCP app and pay on the day of arrival. We weren't told this at check-in either.

Overall a good stay. Very comfortable beds. Mostly very clean.
Pros:

Great central location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice little pool & spa area. Good sized very comfortable beds. Cooked breakfast to the room is always a good thing! 😊

Cons:

Reluctantly I would have to say the suite we had was slightly grubby on the permanent soft furnishings (Bee cushions and ottoman) also a strange smell from the bathroom and no view from the outdoor terrace ☹️
Other than that the only other slight issue was a strange cracking/shifting noise in one of the standards from the windows at the front of the hotel.

Lovely spa hotel in a great location
Pros:

Location great, rooms of good size and comfortable bed, good choice at breakfast, bar ambience and attention of staff great, spa and gym well equipped

Cons:

Spa area very busy, one of our towels in the bedroom had a large hole in it and there was only 2 pillows in one of the rooms although they quickly brought up another 2.
