It was magical. I booked to go see a DJ at Albert hall. Prime location.
I laughed with the receptionist about my favourite DJ being in there. Oh he was. Ended up having a drink together which was just incredible.
Loved the spa facilities. Loved every second of my stay.

The lifts in the hotel are the slowest lifts I’ve ever used.

The location the architecture on the outside and the interior of the reception are pretty nice.
The rooms are old and way outdated, for the price you’re paying they’re not offering the facilities is a five star should. They didn’t give us any slippers., dental kit, and all the basic necessities for a five star hotel.
Breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious and the staff were friendly.

I want to say the concierge who was working whilst we stayed was brilliant, I can’t remember his name but I wanted to put this review out to say he was such a kind man and really seemed like he enjoyed his job! He was so down to earth and was lovely to chat to him. He helped me and my friend with our delivery quite late at night and made sure we were safe and stayed outside with us to pick up our food - such a gentleman and I can’t thank him enough for just being a really nice man. Wish him all the best
