We recently stayed at The Edwardian Manchester and it was honestly phenomenal.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless. The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and had such a calm, luxurious vibe throughout. The staff were genuinely amazing — so warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive.
We also really appreciated the spa access included in our stay, which made the whole experience feel even more relaxing and indulgent.
We were celebrating my friend’s birthday, and the team kindly decorated the room for us, which made it feel really special and thoughtful. Those personal touches honestly made such a difference.
Overall, the atmosphere, amenities, and service were all outstanding. We left feeling completely relaxed and already talking about when we can come back.

Her hospitality was simply unbelievable—she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely caring, always greeting guests with a smile and making everyone feel valued. Her attention to detail and natural friendliness made a lasting impression, and she is undoubtedly a credit to the hotel.

Requested quiet room my room was right next to lift so a bit noisy. But overall pretty good

The location was very central and convenient to places that we had booked to visit. The staff and facilities were all very good too. It was also nice that they had a put a small cake for my partners birthday in the room, which was the reason for our visit.

We’ve stayed at this hotel before, the location is fantastic. Near great bars and restaurants. Not to mention all shopping and sites. The only place we stay when visiting Manchester, first class.
Location amazing, only a few minute walk to the city centre, made it extremely easy to access shops, restaurants etc. Staff were so incredibly friendly, talked us through what there is at the hotel, offered to help with bags and gave us clear guidance. Rooms were also an amazing value for money, were completely clean and gave a luxury atmosphere (in the rooms, lobby and all other amenities). Noise level was also completely not a worry, it was a very peaceful stay and there was no point in the entire stay when we were disturbed by any noise whatsoever. Overall, would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting manchester as there is absolutely nothing to complain about.
We had a good stay. Weird bathroom set up, mattresses too soft. Staff not attentive at check in. Complimentary water and nespresso top. Location was awesome.
Didn't explore the hotel to the fullest. Had colleagues stay and they recommended this. They have a Nespresso coffee machine but as i don't drink coffee I would have liked a kettle in the room and additional water bottle as there wasn't any in the fridge.
