I really enjoyed it here. I stayed here for about 3 weeks. The location is perfect. Not far from central Chaweng but far enough away. Beautiful rooms, great pool, great food, right on the quieter part of Chaweng beach. I loved it. What I loved the most were the staff. I caught shingles over at Koh Phangang and they took such good care of me. This was two summers ago. I'm so excited to return in just a few days. I hope they still have a room available. Kevin

One thing that is only a suggestion not
a quip,
The staff were quick to remove dishes from the table whilst dining,
Still had my sandwich in my hand while my plate with the sauce was whipped away inexpectedly,
Just a small issue to work on, otherwise excelled my expectations
Resort is very clean. Friendly staff from the lobby all the way to the pool restaurant. 15 min walk to downtown or take a tuk tuk for roughly 200 baht.
Walkable to dining places and many places to choose from for a massage. Highly recommend staying here.

Breakfast was really nice, we also had lunch here and was very nice.
The rooms were very big and clean! Very comfortable and spacious.
Pool is big and private beach is very nice.
Upon check in we were told we would have drinks and snacks in the room free of charge but we didn’t receive this so was a bit confused?
But overall we would come back and definitely recommend to anyone.
Great stay
The hotel is not suitable for human habitation. The entrance to the room and the room itself were full of mold, with standing water and a horrible smell. The hygiene conditions were extremely poor, not even at the level of a hostel, certainly not a 4-star hotel. We arrived at the hotel and left immediately, knowing we wouldn’t get a refund. This hotel stood out for its low standards and the huge gap between the advertising and the reality. An extremely disappointing experience and a textbook case of customer deception

This is the third time J have stayed here and every time has been amazing.
The airport pickup was seamless. Checking in was smooth. The resort is not to far from the airport and also near to cheweng, but far enough away to be nice and chilled out as well.
Free daily shuttle to Cheweng twice a day.
Rooms are amazing. Staff can't do enough to make your stay as nice as possible.
I will be looking to come back again next year.
Had a beautiful short getaway in this resort recenltly & stayed here for 3 night at villa 501.
Room is clean, new, beautiful with private bathtub in the toilet. Drinking water, basic toiletries, room slippers are all provided for. However there are a few things that resort can definitely improve on. Our room was right next to the hotel restaurant hence it's very noisy right outside our villa. Was able to hear loud music & staffs all chit chatting away at night literally right outside our room. Based on this environment is not very peaceful & private.
The water drainage in room can be improved in the shower area, water tend to clog up and was unable to drain out fast enough.
There is also a safe to keep your valuables in room.
Breakfast food options are quite limited, taste wise is okay.
Resort provides motorbikes rental too.
Overall stay was pleasant.
I am a regular guest at this hotel, visiting every year during both high and low seasons. However, this time, I was deeply disappointed by their lack of commercial sense and flexibility when faced with an unforeseen situation, despite my efforts to follow the recommended process to resolve the issue.
I had booked three nights during the high season at a very high price, which is understandable for this period. Unfortunately, due to personal constraints, I was unable to travel to the hotel as planned. Following the proper procedure, I contacted Agoda, through whom I had made the booking. Agoda informed me that they would reach out to the hotel to find a solution.
After several days, Agoda got back to me stating that the hotel had refused any modifications. On the advice of the manager of the hotel where I was staying in Bangkok, I decided to contact the property directly. I hoped that a direct discussion might lead to a goodwill gesture, especially as I am a loyal customer and well aware of their low-season policies.
Unfortunately, the only solution offered was to postpone my stay by one week. This option was unrealistic, as I had to return to France a few days later. I had even proposed to reschedule my stay for a low-season period, during which I was willing to extend my visit. Despite this, no meaningful solution or goodwill gesture was provided.
To future guests:
While the hotel offers a pleasant environment and quality services, I urge future guests to be aware of their strict reservation policies and lack of flexibility. Even if you follow the recommended process and are a loyal customer, do not expect a personalized or accommodating response to unforeseen circumstances.
I advise thinking carefully before booking, especially during the high season. If you have uncertainties in your travel plans, it might be wise to explore other options.
Lovely friendly, welcoming staff. Such a nice place to stay. We had a pool villa which is next to the big pool plus has its own plunge pool. Beautifully clean and fresh room. Views out over the pool to the bay. Sunrise and sunset very pretty. Beach is clean and very swimmable with paddle boards and kayak if you want. Views back along Chaweng Beach. Quieter at this end of the beach but town only a 10-15mn walk or taxi. Glass water bottles in room, plenty of ice at the bar for reusable bottles, refillable soaps and shampoo in bathroom. Good food in house for all meals. Highly recommend.
The staff at the hotel were lovely and the communal spaces were very nice. Great gym too. However, our first room was horrible. Upon entering, the room was nice, good amenities, but it smelt and felt damp. Then, in the night the toilet started to emit a foul smell, and in the morning the shower had filled with gross coloured water and went on the bathroom floor. When I spoke to the hotel they initially tried to get me to pay to upgrade my room, but after declining and requesting a refund for the rest of our stay if that was the only option, we were moved to a similar room which was much nicer and had no issues. The weather had been terrible so this might have contributed to our issues, but I think we should have been offered to move rooms straight away.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The best part for us was that the beach starts right off the hotel restaurant and we enjoyed our swim. The staff was very sweet- Alek and Pan special mentions. Also good breakfast with changing menu. Location wise also its a good place to be , 10mins by motorbike to main Chaweng beach road. Thumbs up!!!!
This was by far our favorite place during our honeymoon in thailand. I wish we would have spent more time here or that this hotel was at all the locations we went to. Highly recommend!
Great place within walking distance of everything. Bed was firm but I slept okay
The hotel grounds were so nice! And the villas were absolutely perfect. Finishing the day with a happy hour cocktail at the hotels infinity pool on the beach was wow. Also the hotel star is real five star service. Easy walking to a lot of things in Chewang beach area.

Hotel is jept to a very high standard from rooms to the Gardens even the pathways are brushed daily with a few falling leaves thats how attentive this place is.

Room was spacious and clean, restaurant and beach access was incredibly convenient.
TV reception was spotty, and my room had a feint unpleasant smell from bathroom one night. This was fixed the next day, though.

A beutiful beach-side boutique resort that is 20 min walk from Chaweng Centre. If you are looking for a infinity pool on the beach, then this is the one.
