Overall it's a nice place and had a good time. Staff at front desk doesn't seem to like being there and not very polite

Here’s the positive… the staff was nice. On to the bad. The beds, the pillows, the blankets.. absolutely horrendous. Hope you don’t like to sleep comfortably. The rooms smell like mildew, so you don’t even really want to spend any time there. If you can get past the mildew smell of the rooms, don’t expect to relax and watch some tv because the WiFi doesn’t work, even if it did… they don’t have remotes for you to use. The only reason this place is still in business is because of the proximity to Lambeau Field and preying on family members desperation for a hotel

It was perfect and we loved the pool and arcade.

Everything was great. The price was reasonable. The air conditioner was broke in our room though.

Perfect for little kids

The Lodge is a very nice facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It would be great if the bathrooms were updated and there was better lighting in the rooms.

The room we stayed in the nightstand in between the two beds in the drawer has dried up blood in it one upstairs to the bar restaurant and the lady didn’t wanna wait on us and I made reservations online and they still charge me $27 for reservation fee never heard of that

Water park was awesome

Overall a good property close to the football stadium which was why we stayed there. My main complaint would be the pillows were terrible, felt like bricks! Towels and washcloths should be replaced as well.

We were issued a room that had a horrible bed that smelled like dead fish. It was so nasty our room got switched and we were told we would get a refund because the room was not what we booked it was smaller. We were told it would take longer since it was booked with Expedia now they are refusing to give any refund.

The morning buffet was only luke warm and the bacon was not totally done

It's a beautiful hotel within walking distance to the stadium. Love the arcade and pool! Rooms clean and staff friendly. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel and waterpark. A very nice experience

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived around 1:30 to use the waterpark before check-in at 4. At 4:30 we went to check in, only to be told our room wasn’t ready. When we asked for an estimate, the front desk clerk coldly said she didn’t know and would call us—no apology, no eye contact, no empathy. When we asked what we should do, she replied, “I don’t know.”

At 5:40, still no call, same response. By 6:15, still no room, so we went to dinner smelling like chlorine. They finally called at 6:45. Again, no apology.

When we got to the room, it was unbearably hot and the AC was broken. The window only opened 2 inches. Calls to the desk went unanswered, so we went down. The clerk said they were fully booked but would send maintenance. After 30 minutes, no one came. She then called and admitted they couldn’t move us, offered a “future stay” instead, and suggested fans. Fans would’ve done nothing in that heat unless we left the door open, which wasn’t an option.

We ended up leaving. Returning the keys, the front desk clerk was still cold and uncaring, making no effort to salvage the situation. Between poor communication, lack of basic hospitality, and a broken room, this was a truly awful stay.
