Silver Surf Gulf Beach Resort

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcomed. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean and comfortable.

I always stay here when I go to Anna Maria Island. The location and staff are amazing. They also provide a continental breakfast.

Great place to stay with your family ,very clean , good breakfast, nice area ,friendly staff, 100% recommend it to all my friend and family

Just stayed 3 nights for the 4th of July weekend.
Easy check in with friendly helpful employees. Room was updated and very clean. Only knock would be the bathroom was “ cozy”. The room however even on a very busy weekend was quiet !
The star of the show here is the location. Great private beach access and walking distance to restaurants.
Highly recommend and we shall return.

We loved our stay at Silver Surf. The location was perfect. Just outside of all the busy spots. The staff were lovely to deal with and our room was pleasantly spacious and clean. The private beach access was also very convenient. The provided chair and umbrella set up at no additional charge which was very nice for me and my daughter. The white sands and blue waters were breathtaking. It was nice to cool off at the pool after. This was one of the most reasonaby priced resorts on the island. We can't wait to visit again.

We love staying at Silver Surf! The location is great, the rooms are perfect with an amazing view, but the best thing is the ability to cross over to the beach to the beach chairs and umbrellas waiting for you. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The grab and go breakfast is the cherry on top! We would highly recommend for any occasion, with any size group!

This was a beautiful location with great amenities and value. I was so impressed and the private beach access was phenomenal! I plan on making this my go to spot when staying at AMI.

During my recent stay, I found the hotel room to be very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. The location was decent, offering convenient access to nearby attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area without much hassle. However, I felt that the hotel was lacking in amenities that could have elevated the overall stay. There were limited options that many travelers might expect. While the basics were covered, those looking for a more comprehensive or luxurious stay may find the absence of these amenities a bit disappointing.

My daughter and I loved this place. It is a CLEAN and calm little resort on the south side of the island. There is a grab and go breakfast available every morning, free full sized beach chairs and umbrella, beach/pool towels, and they even have coolers to round out a full beach day!

The staff was very kind and welcoming upon arrival and through our visit. They answered all of our questions and couldn’t have been any friendlier!

We were pleased with the location it was easy on/off the island for transportation purposes to and from the airport. We did uber to the north side which was much busier and not our scene. There are plenty of restaurants and little shops in walking distance on the south end for us.

This was our 4th stay at Silver Surf, and we absolutely love it! The location is fantastic, the staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the property is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Every visit has been wonderful, and we can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

Great location near the beach, restaurants and shopping. Having the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella was a plus. Free parking. Safe and quiet location. Friendly staff. Family friendly ( traveled with 2 teens).

Perfectly located on AMI… walk across the road for private beach access. Accompanied with water sports extraordinaires in the business for 44 years! This is our family’s favorite beach yet. We will be coming back.

We had an amazing stay at Silver Surf- the rooms are kept very clean. Close proximity to great restaurants and to the free trolley stop- you truly cannot beat the private beach and free umbrella/chairs. It was great to avoid the crowds and enjoy the beautiful beach. We cannot wait to return! We truly loved it here!

This place is great. Private Beach entrance,beachchairs, beach towels. Quick and grab breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and the pool was nice. Alot of good places to eat in walking distance.

This was absolutely the best spot for pretty much everything we needed for our vacation. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The beach across the street from Silver Surf
was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations, so for us no need to visit any of the others. We did not rent a car so the Free Trolley which stops right in front of the Resort came in handy for our scheduled excursions and when wanting to venture out to restaurants other than the Bridge Street area. Pool was clean and refreshing after spending a long day at the beach. My only negative was the continental breakfast. Surprised no cereal like Cheerios was offered only oatmeal packets. Everything was kid size like yogurts, muffins even the coffee cups. Pastry’s were partially frozen so had to microwave for a few seconds. We’ll definitely be back again next year.

Such a great place to stay! Private beach, functional rooms, and nice staff! Everything was so convenient. Very impressed!
