Pros:

Most of the staff are warm and friend. Some staff at the front desk were not that warm. Have a feeling that they pretended did not notice our approach and avoided any eye contact. Gave us a feeling of racial discrimination.

They should not market this hotel as a 5 star, maybe it was at one point but not for a long time. Should have chosen another newer 5 star instead. It’s old and run down inside and the rooms, and also in a shady area with questionable things going on around it and the customers there seeming to bring it in. The staff were great but the hotel very far from a 5 star.
