A very helpful lady at the desk was informative helped with luggage and just was overall kind.

Cons:

Price bit high and did not get breakfast as 6am was the start. Could of had packaged breakfasts to go!!!

Cons:

Small maintenance issues need to be addressed. Bathroom tap dripping, bathroom sink not draining.

Pros:

Nothing. Hotel refused to refund my stay that we couldn't do , do to our trip being cancelled to Cuba. And called numerous times to cancel and get refund ans Noone returned calls or emails. Would not return.
