My stay was great.
Pros:

The drivers of the shuttle bus were extremely helpful. For instance, explaining where in Terminal 1 I could find the UP Express terminal.

Cons:

The coffee maker in the room was very generous in size but I do not drink coffee. I would have liked a kettle in the room to make tea.

Pros:

Price for the hotel was jacked up to over $450 for one night due to snow storm. The room is not worth more than $250. It was opportunistic for the hotel to gouge people in an emergency/dangerous situation. I will not go back to this chain as a result.

De shuttlebus was makkelijk te vinden (uitgang airport aan de rechterkant komen alle shuttlebussen). Grote kamer met heerlijke bedden en aardig personeel!

Cons:

Eten was beperkt qua keuze, maar prima.

A nice place to stay.
Pros:

Clean close to the airport, I didn’t have to wait too long for the shuttle like some of the hotels I have stayed in, in the past. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast selection I would definitely stay there again.

No instructions on how to use the coffee machine in the room
