The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful and allowed us to switch rooms at the last minute when we ended up with having two kids that weren't part of our original plan when we booked the room. There was no wait time and our room was clean and fresh.

Cons:

The breakfast bar could use a few more items for variation...more fruits and some kind of non pork options for breakfast... would of made the start of the day awesome

Very uncomfortable some of the staff was very unprofessional threatened to call the police on us bec

The first day of the state of room was very dirty. The tub had black rings around his smoke marks on. On the cabinet, the bed had food and crumbs in it. I did I have pictures to prove it. I have given the pictures to the establishment.
