Hotel Residenz Düsseldorf

Small room, heated, breakfast - chargeable but was not great. Not many options and hence had to go out.

Pleasant staff but grim in every other way

The hotel is not on the standard level as other hotels in the same brand. It is running more as a budget family hostel, very unprofessional with poor quality service. Hotel is located in the corner of cross streets, facing the tram station, and next to a 24-hour bar, very noisy.

Everything was in good condition. The beds were very hard, So I could nog sleep well.
Decorations nerds tot be updates.

The property is clean, the tv would not turn on and know one offered us another room or tv. It was noisy all night long.i would not stay there again.

Out side traffic very noisy pillows very uncomfortable to far from town centre

I think the price i paid for it and what we got in the end was not really worth it as i paid for 1/2 price elsewhere and got 5 star service. Hotel location is somewhat near the train station. Many halal and turkish restaurants around. Hotel itself, not many ammenities. Not very well lighted. Very basic.

Tiny Rooms, smells terrible, very noisy from the road, too high priced, under Chinese management

Hotel was a bit out of the main part of town but within walking distance to the old town (30mins). Hotel had lots of renovation noise occurring and we had an issue over the breakfast whether it was included or not but this did get fixed.

A good, but simple hotel. Small but clean.

Nicole and the staff were fantastic! We had a jumbled schedule and they were incredibly helpful, hospitable, attentive and friendly. The hotel itself is a little dated, but it is clean. I can handle clean and dated over modern and nasty any day! The primary issue was the Wifi. It was an obstacle for getting work done. There were periods when it would work well and others when it was almost nonfunctional. Even though that is a significant minus for me, the staff's willingness to try and meet our needs, their friendliness and the price made this a value and I would consider staying there again.

I was on a layover to Chicago and picked this hotel for my one night stay. And even though it was a one night stay I was absolutely pleased with everything this location had to offer. Hotel was clean, staff was super friendly, location is great and close to everything. It's on a busy intersection but they did a great job on soundproofing the rooms. I didn't hear a thing from the traffic bellow. I would definitely stay here again if I happen to be in Dusseldorf

Very nice rooms with big windows and comfortable beds. All reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is also very good.
