sad customer service
Pros:

Boomtown turned us away for being overbooked after i spent $200. After telling me they have to cancel my reservation i now need to contact hotels.com in order to get my refund. i did. now boomtown will not respond which is all i need for hotels.com to process my refund. this is bad business and very untrustworthy of them. they just want to keep their money anyway they can even though they owe it back to me! horrible

The trip was good first NYE in Bossier City with family
There isn't any valet parking they have one restaurant with burgers fries chicken strip sandwiches things like that. Then they have a Buffet Mexican food

Certain staff was extremely nonchalant leaving us to rather figure certain things out in our own. The bathroom was partially cleaned tub still had dirt in it and the water was dang near ice cold like they cut the hot water off. Jacuzzi water was cold.

I liked how knowledgeable and friendly the front desk clerks are! They give off a warm welcoming feeling and assure you of any needs they are their to assist ! Also, the hotel cleanliness, safety, and quiet atmosphere made my husband and i feel relaxed and we will be booking here again !

A wonderful getaway

I love it love it we had a great time . We enjoyed every moment we did not have to wait for any machines to come open it was great the food was great people was great we enjoyed it. We will be back soon
