We will definitely stay again!
Pros:

Beautiful facility, fantastic location, friendly staff and value for money.

Cons:

Bathroom needs a refresh as it did not match the cleanliness of the rest of the room (mould in the tiles for example). When room was made up only towels were refreshed and bed pulled up. Bins were not emptied.

Cons:

The room given was the same photos as the 2 bed ocean view. But We had a premier 2 bed ocean view, reception was of no help. The kitchen needs a few more utensils that would be helpful to be able to cook in the apartment.

Enjoyed our stay, location & facilities great, would just like to see some upgrades/improvements.
Pros:

Location of hotel room. Set up and size of room was good. Large bed was good. Large screen TV was good.

Cons:

Bathrooms definitely need to be upgraded and have a good freshen up, currently are very shabby. Grout is mouldy, bath is marked and looks dirty. TV screen in a bad position, can only be seen from small area. Air conditioner in our room kept turning itself off and when reported to staff, they said someone would attend to it, but nothing changed in the 6 days we were staying there for, the air conditioner was the same for the whole time. Staff in the hotel bar and kitchen didn’t seem interested in doing their jobs and bar service was very poor, they also appeared to be understaffed at certain times. We watched some customers leave the premises as they weren’t being attended to in a timely manner when trying to order their drinks and meals.

Wonderful, relaxing holiday in a perfect location. Clean & tidy rooms and staff professional, friendly & helpful
Pros:

The proximity to the beach. Lovely apartment, clean and tidy. Friendly & professional staff always willing to assist with our questions. Great facilities with the pool, gym and sauna. We appreciated and enjoyed everything.

Good value for the location, comfortable room, nice balcony

Cons:

The bath was mouldy, overall dirty/scuffed walls, stained carpet. Room was overall not very ‘nice’ but comfortable enough for a weekend stay

Great location, perfect for our group of friends on a weekend getaway.
Pros:

Very nice suite and good layout. The balcony was roomy enough for four of us to sit comfortably and the lounge area was spacious. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit tired - could do with a renovation.
