Cons:

When the staff make up my room they always forget to provide milk and coffee so I go down to reception and they kindly provide more than enough.

Don’t look past the Oaks pier Glenelg, you won’t be disappointed

Loved the restaurant/bar, beautiful meals, very impressed with staff.
Our room was spacious, lived the ocean view. Spa bath relaxing.

Pros:

Good location. Easy to find. Comfortable bed and furniture.

Cons:

Construction happening on the beach, which I was not aware of that started at 7am. Also, the hotel is in the flight path. I was woken by both of those every morning during my stay.

Great location and extremely helpful staff.
Pros:

Great location, nice sea view with easy access to restaurants and Main Street of Glenelg and sitting right on front of beach. Lounge room and balcony were big size and all ammenities in kitchen supplied. Good sized fridge. Television good size but had trouble connecting to Netflix and UTube, however within an hour assistance was given by staff to connect to our own mobile data. Shame about TV in bedroom not working as love to lie in bed and watch TV while partner watches his own show. Apparently they are taking them out. Pool was good size and OK spa and sauna. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Had to pay an extra $95 for car park which was disappointing as didn’t realise this until we arrived. Very clean and upgrading conditions as was in process of painting walls. Nice and quiet in rooms which was wonderful. Bath and shower were standard and standard supplies of shampoo, conditioner and body wash only.

Cons:

Bed was hard and TVs not working properly. Having to pay quite a bit extra for car parking which I wasn’t advised of previously. Smell of paint throughout building. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly, definitely needs renewing.
