Très bel endroit, personnel sympathique, et magnifique balades sur les falaises malgré la pluie.
Pros:

magnifique situation géographique, avec superbe vue sur les falaises et la mer. Grande chambre et salle de bain tr[s confortables, mais j-avais choisi l'Hôtel et une chambre supérieure avec terrasse pour avoir une des chambres avec vue directe et le son de la mer et des vagues. J'aurais préféré une chambre plus petite, avec vue directe et le bruit des vagues dont je rêvais et qui avait décidé mon choix. Dommage.

Cons:

comme dit ci dessus, une chambre sans vue directe et bruit des vagues- ma priorité. Le repas au restaurant très cher et chichi, mais pas vraiment satisfaisant. La piscine intérieure trop petite pour nager.

Cons:

The bar staff didn’t engage at all with the customer, unlike all the other staff in the hotel. To be honest the bar staff over my 6 days were very detached from the job at hand! Meaning that they always seemed to be doing something else and no time to engage or attend to the customer awaiting, we seemed just to be fitted in to whatever else they were doing, other than looking after customers…

Very beautiful hotel
Pros:

The scenery of hotel was so wonderful. The wonderful view I see every morning will be memorable for a long time. Thank you for providing a wonderful room than I booked. Ordering from the Breakfast Buffet Hot Benedict is among the top Benedict I've ever eaten. Thanks to the friendly staff, I had a comfortable and wonderful stay.

Pros:

Красивый вид из окна зала для завтраков. Завтраки нормальные, но не лучше, чем у хорошей 4-ки. Большой номер с терассой, но оборудован совершенно обыденно...не было даже прикроватной тумбочки.

Cons:

Если честно, то мы даже пожалели, что повелись на хороший рейтинг... это того не стоило. Персонал, как и впрочем часто в Португалии, совершенно не умеет работать с клиентами....(( Сам отель построен довольно бестолково и совершенно не сравниться с новыми красивыми комфортными 4-ми.
Это не СПА... это жалкое подобее - 2 маленькие плохопахнущие пластмассовые кабинки...их нужно резервировать. И после их посещения нам даже не дали отдохнуть на лежаках и выпить чай... Оказывается это доступно только для тех, кто брал массаж за дополнительную плату. Мы покинули отель с радостью.

37th Anniversary
Pros:

Exceeded expectations! Spent six nights at resort. The view from our room was beautiful. The staff was wonderful. Will definitely return.
