The location is beautiful, the pool area is relaxing and the complimentary shuttle tuk tuk is nice. Complimentary ice cream and donuts bring distributed when lounging around the hotel were a nice surprise.
This did not really feel like a 5 star hotel to me. Communication could be improved, as the shuttle was not mentioned to me at check in until I asked if there was a shuttle, and then there was no info for where to meet the shuttle to return to the hotel. When I called to ask where to go for the return shuttle, I was not picked up and needed to wait an additional 30 minutes. Then the shuttle passed me and went further than the pickup spot to park, which may be why I wasn't picked up earlier. The AC in my room was broken and I had to have maintenance there several times and was eventually provided a freestanding fan. Lastly, I would not recommend the half board dining plan. Breakfast is good but for dinner, the menu and where you can dine is very limited compared to a la carte dining. It's a good value, but you feel a bit like a second class citizen, not welcome everywhere. I also apparently neglected to book for one guest rather than two, and I'm still waiting to hear back about being credited for the additional cost of half board for an extra person. Hopefully that will get resolved quickly with booking.com's assistance.
las vistas son espectaculares, el desayuno muy bueno,
mal implementado el protocolo de limpieza de habitacion. no me dejaron agua, ni saquitos de te. Cuando me dejaron te, se llevaron las tazas, cuando tenia tazas no tenia te..... tuve que pedir varias veces que limpiaran el cuarto . Recien 3 de la tarde lo hicieron. No llega el wi fi a las habitaciones...

Na primeira noite foi complicado pois o colchão estava com caída para ambos os lados da cama mas já na manhã do segundo dia trocaram a cama toda e ficou maravilhoso

The location is good.
The pool area needs investment. Flooring is damaged with nails sticking out. Management did not seem to care. Hall carpets need replaced.
Dass Personal ausgebildet wird, sollte aber besser kommuniziert werden. Ambiente am Rooftop. Der Sonnenuntergang an der Klippe gegenüber & die nur 10 Minuten entfernten Restaurants. Bedienung am Pool war vorhanden.
Unser Zimmer war sehr schlecht, schlechte Betten, dauernd vibrierende Geräusche (sehr hellhörige Zimmer), das Personal ist teilweise schlecht geschult/überfordert und jene die den Service tragen wirken ausgebrannt. Das Frühstück, ist nicht das ware - es wird „der Blick“ als Highlight verkauft - Die Bedienung kommt aber nie. Die Sonnenliegen sind großteils veraltet.

Старий готель, не дуже привітний персонал, сніданки без достатнього вибору овочів. Дуже довго чекали на вечерю- понад годину без вибачень і пояснень. Наступні дні обіди і вечері були поза готелем.
O pequeno almoço foi excelente e a possibilidade de o tomar na varanda foi excecional.

Pool area had a number of dirty sun beds, broken parasols, litter left from previous days - not good enough for a 5star premium hotel.
Never stayed in a premium 5star Hotel that doesnt provide free individual bottles of water for the room.

It’s in a good location.
Old, tired, and clearly past its better days. The staff would benefit from proper hospitality training. The Deputy Manager was experienced and showed genuine interest, but it takes much more than one person’s effort to justify a true 5-star status.
The three pillars of a premium 5-star hotel experience were missing:
1. A warm, memorable welcome that sets the tone from arrival.
2. Personalized service — anticipating guests’ needs, understanding simple requests, and paying attention to details.
3. Consistency in execution — ensuring that every interaction, facility, and touchpoint reflects the same premium standard expected from a 5-star property
