Boa estadia mas pelo valor e tipo de hotel esperávamos mais
Pros:

O hotel tem uma vista lindíssima. Boa cama, ótimo chuveiro e bom pequeno almoço.
O rooftop tem uma bela vista do carvoeiro e merece destaque . Mas o menu não tem muitas opções . Porém ok.

Cons:

Fiquei chocada com questão de não terem padrões de procedimento para um hotel 5 estrelas . Não tem o turndown . Reclamamos já no penúltimo dia e foi aí que alguém apareceu para fazer .
A TV super pequena e não é smart .
A borda da piscina escura e envelhecida .
Limpeza deixa a desejar e teve um dia que não deixaram- nos as toalhas e pisos da casa de banho
A casa de banho precisa urgente de manutenção . Pontos negros e vazão da água , a molhar todo o piso.
Corredores e áreas comuns precisam de manutenção e dedetização urgente. Vimos baratas.

Our Anniversary trip was perfect in this gorgeous hotel!
Pros:

What a beautiful hotel in a location that can’t be beat. We celebrated our 20 th wedding anniversary here. Everything was perfect and dinner was excellent! We were even surprised with a sampling of fine chocolates complete with a candle!! We loved everything about our stay!

Pros:

Snídaně vynikající, velký výběr a když se poštěstí tak i s krásným výhledem. Super nápad s dopravou Tuk Tukem do centra města. Speciálně oceňujeme řidiče JAHANA, který byl velmi milý a ochotný. Výborný výběr večeří. Dětský koutek je malinký, ale výmýšlí pro děti různé zábavné aktivity a hezky se jim tam věnují. U bazénu bylo dost lehátek pro všechny a je velmi příjmené, že je i s obsluhou.

Cons:

Úklid pokoje by mohl být pečlivější. V rohu a záclonách byly pavučiny, fleky na podlaze. Postel pohodlná a koupelna čistá.

beautiful location in portgual. we thought it would be our luxury stay, but this hotel was a big letdown
Pros:

view is beautiful. short walk or drive to beautiful spots. amazing breakfast. room is comfortable, good shower.

Cons:

staff was rude at bars and restaurant, booking was confusing. the balcony did not face the ocean and the view was absolutely terrible. when we asked to change to a different room (even for higher price), staff was rude and said it wasn’t available. we checked online and it clearly was still bookable. hallway smelled like chlorine even though we were not near the pool at all. pool staff never available to provide towels. hotel was confusing to explore and we kept getting lost on the first day, staff was not helpful nor provided a tour. other guests were very loud and rambunctious at breakfast, leaving a mess and not acting polite. the road was full of dust and walking around felt like walking on the side of an industrial road not a quaint beachside neighborhood. we stayed here during the world cup. very small TVs and no good spot to watch the matches

Pros:

Amazing breakfast buffet, very helpful and friendly staff, incredible view (sea view), great location, Sky Bar was really special and lots of shaded areas to sit and have a drink/bite to eat, pool area and service was great, spa was a special experience.

Cons:

Had dinner at the fancy restaurant, found it a bit over-priced, and the food was "ok" but not exceptional.
