Hôtel confortable mais globalement décevant pour un 5 étoiles
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et propre, ce qui assure un certain confort global. Appréciable également : le sac offert pour enfant avec puzzle et carnet de dessin, une attention sympathique.

Cons:

Plusieurs éléments ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles : Wi-Fi obsolète, vue sur un mur malgré un tarif élevé, et une lumière bleue très intense provenant du sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bain qui éclaire toute la chambre la nuit à cause de la paroi vitrée. Le lit bébé est très petit. Une odeur d’essence était également présente dans la chambre, possiblement liée à la ventilation ou à la proximité du parking. Enfin, l’espace petit-déjeuner ressemble davantage à une cantine, très bruyant et bondé, ce qui nuit fortement à l’expérience.

5 star view, and that’s about it

The view was amazing

Cons:

For the price point, there really wasn’t much value. The staff were mostly very friendly and kind, but in terms of a 5 star experience, I can’t say I see that. The beds were very uncomfortable- soft and sagging. There was nothing besides the view that felt really Lux. There was a construction site to the left of the pool area, a lot of the facilities were under renovation. Just generally underwhelmed and wish I had booked an air bnb or individual apartment instead

Amazing stay could fault a thing
Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel for over 8 years and it always exceeded our expectations. The team are so professional and attentive and always friendly.
On a down side we can’t get back until September

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub , eine tolle Gegend und eine super Unterkunft!
Pros:

Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr schön. Ruhig gelegen und das gesamte Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Das nächste Mal buchen wir gern ein Zimmer in einer der oberen Etagen, dann hat man einen schöneren Blick auf das Meer und ist nicht so dicht am Pool.( etwas ruhiger)

Cons:

Die Betten waren sehr weich und wir haben nicht so gut gelegen.

Fabulous scenery in a lovely venue
Pros:

Incredible location in a smaller town along the Algarve coast, perched along a beautiful cliff formation.
Clean and very spacious. huge balcony. Rooftop bar. A great breakfast buffet.
Most staff were very good, gracious.

Cons:

A few glitches, you must reserve the sauna and steam room to use, not mentioned anywhere in intro materials. Terrible service one evening in the only late dining venue, staff just disappeared.
