ビジネス利用には不向き
Pros:

お菓子やケーキ、飲み物が利用できた。

Cons:

20時以降のチェックインが予約してから連絡あった。
22時以降は外国人利用客がうるさかった。
朝6時頃から、廊下の音がうるさかった。
落ち着いて眠れなかった。

a love hotel offering regular overnight accommodation - good value and comfortable
Pros:

economical and comfortable, has all you need for a simple accommodation, and quite large room by Tokyo standard

Good - convenient - maybe update the booking.com intro to make clear it is a love hotel.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and kind.
Very helpful.
Location was very good.

Cons:

When I got in the floor was dirty - there was popcorn on the floor so I don't think the room was cleaned.
Booking the hotel before, the booking.com intro didn't seem to make clear it was a love hotel.
Was unexpected. Price made up for more than this.
