probably aimed at Non foreigners and good for them. We would not stay again.
Pros:

In the old historic town. Nice decor. Easy private free parking in courtyard.

Cons:

The biggest problem was the Minarette right next to the hotel and deafening prayer session at 05:30. If you are not a practicing muslim bring good earplugs. Then the room was baking as underfloor heating on and aircon off. Toilet smelt. Breakfast was traditional turkish but limited.

Otel konum itibariyle çok uygundu,otoparklı olması ayrıca bir avantaj..Çalışanlar ve özellikle otel müdürü çok güleryüzlü ve canayakındı..Her konuda taleplerimize anında cevap verdiler..Otel tüm ekipmanları yeni ve son derece moderndi.. Sakinlik ve sessiz serin bir ortamda konaklamak isteyenlere şiddetle tavsiye ederim..

Pros:

Son derece memnun kaldığımız muhteşem bir butik otel. Hem konforu hem de misafirperverlikleri süper. Sabah gayet güzel bir kahvaltı yaparak yola keyifle çıkmamızı sağladılar. Ayrıca Akşehir’i de çok beğendik. Şehrin temizliği ve halkın güler yüzü bizi çok mutlu etti. Tekrar geleceğiz.

One night stop in a nice village between Cappadocia and Pamukkale
Pros:

PARKING: open air courtyard aside and in the back of the hotel building, where there is also a little patio.
CHECK-IN: easy
STAFF: very nice and kind to wait for us coming late
WIFI/VPN: works, but don't forget Booking.com is blocked for Turks, so for your research you need a foreign IP via VPN or roaming.
SIZE: huge room with living area and plenty of space for our luggage
CLEAN: yes
BATHROOM: nice and pretty, although being under the roof the shower box was little low even for an average person like me
LOCATION: seemed to be a residential area with narrow streets and private houses bending over the roads, but felt safe
SERVICES AROUND: didn't check the surroundings, because it was just a night stop for us, but maps shown some supermarkets and restaurant in walking distance
BREAKFAST: it was amazing and felt very local-style. A very charming experience! The hotel is nice, but this was really the best part of it, worth its price a little over the average.

Cons:

QUIET: it looked very much until the muezzin started singing loud at 6 in the morning through some speakers put next to the hotel building
NO ELEVATOR: not a big deal for us, but coming late and tired at night with multiple pieces of luggage it would have been a nice surprise, since we were given the room on the last floor
LANGUAGE: we couldn't find a common one, but we did ok with the translator apps

Pros:

Room was comfortable, except that the rubbish left from previous occupants hadn’t been emptied and no water in the fridge. Was a bit hard finding it as the road was one way and google maps tried to take us from there.

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gute Parkmöglichkeit und gute Lage. Sehr geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück. Alles ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Top Unterkunft.

Amazing individual served breakfast with a huge variety of cheeses, fruits and condiments. Staff were very helpful and ensured we had everything we needed.
