Cons:

AC not working. No phone to call someone to fix AC. Got locked in bathroom, no phone to call matinance to get my girlfriend out of bathroom. Broken screen at side window, couldn't sleep with shutters open due to broken AC because screen was broken. Rude staff. We seem to be a bother to them. At dinner we didn't order fast enough and were scolded for it. Was charged for more than we received in wine. They had to confirm with multiple staff members if this was true. Overall a horrible experience. Came here for family reunion, haven't been in 20 years. Not a good experience. Never again

The bed was comfortable and the outdoor area was as advertised

Cons:

The room was smelly, the walls were dirty. All the hotel indoors was decadent and badly needs refurbishing. Bfast was adequate, but does not cater for lactose intolerant, claiming that they wete out of soya milk for 3 days in a row. Rooms were definitely not as nice as advertised! The pool was big, but it was used for organised sports activities for people coming from schools and to train,, so there was no room for guests to use. This hotel was a total disappointment. DO NOT BOOK!

ambiente molto bello e rilassante posizione strategica e molto silenziosa il ristorante la piscina e il personale sono davvero il fiore all' occhiello della struttura

ho dato qualche testata alloggiando nelle camere al primo piano a solaio spiovente ma dopo la quinta testata data al soffitto in poche ore l'organismo sviluppa una forma di adattamento ad abbassare l'intero busto
