أفضل فندق قريب من الحرم

كانت إقامتي في فندق واحة الضيافة رائعة بكل المقاييس. الفندق يتميز بالنظافة العالية، والراحة، والتنظيم الممتاز، كما أن الموقع مناسب والخدمات المقدمة كانت على مستوى يفوق توقعاتي.

أتقدم بجزيل الشكر لموظف الاستقبال الوليد، الذي كان في غاية الاحترافية واللطف والاحترام. استقبلني بابتسامة، وأنهى إجراءات الدخول بسرعة وسهولة، وكان دائم الاستعداد للمساعدة وتلبية جميع طلباتي بكل اهتمام.

كما أتوجه بالشكر والتقدير لمدير الفندق عيسى، الذي يعكس بأسلوب إدارته المتميز جودة الخدمة والاهتمام الحقيقي براحة النزلاء. من الواضح أن نجاح الفندق وتميز فريق العمل هو ثمرة قيادته وحرصه على تقديم أفضل تجربة ممكنة للضيوف.

My stay is my Memory
Pros:

The location &
The staff were wonderful.
All the staff was friendly, smily and welcoming .
Customer service was excellent ( Mr, waleed & Ahmad and forgot the night shift customer representative name.

Cleaning staff was so helpful.
The best thing is your luggage is safe, if you forget something in the Room you they will keep for You.
I felt like my Home.

I think if they upgrade the lift service .
