Pros:

The location &
The staff were wonderful.
All the staff was friendly, smily and welcoming .
Customer service was excellent ( Mr, waleed & Ahmad and forgot the night shift customer representative name.

Cleaning staff was so helpful.
The best thing is your luggage is safe, if you forget something in the Room you they will keep for You.
I felt like my Home.

I think if they upgrade the lift service .

لم يتم تسجيل الدخول وإلغاء الحجز من استقبال الفندق فور الوصول وافاد ان بوكينج غير معتمد لديه

سيء للغايه ونصب في الاستقبال

Cons:

تم إلغاء الحجز من الاستقبال لحظة الحضور وعرض غرف أخرى بمقابل كاش وبسعر اعلى بعد الانتظار الطويل ولم يتم تسجيل الدخول علما بان النظافة سيئة جدا ووجود حشرات وروائح كريهة
