When I booked, it was said that it was a queen bed, but in reality it was a double bed. No matter how many times I called and asked to change my room or give us an extra bed, they refused. In the end, one of us slept on the couch. The refrigerator was so loud that it wouldn't let us sleep, and in the end, we didn't sleep well at all. I had booked for 3 nights and cancelled the last night due to the bad condition of the room. It was $187 per night, but I was told that we would refund $140, and I'm still waiting for this money to be returned to my account.

Enjoyed my stay, easy check in and out. Pool was closed for renovations but knew ahead of time. Good location.
I had a mixed experience at Glacier Lodge Hotel. While the room was adequate, the stay was significantly impacted by constant construction noise. There was active work happening directly outside my window from early in the morning, and the sound was so loud it was impossible to ignore. What was most frustrating was that I was never notified about the construction prior to my arrival. A simple heads-up would have been appreciated, as it would have allowed me to make a more informed decision about my stay. Unfortunately, the noise made it difficult to get any rest.
No air flow in suites, mattresses were awful.. not comfortable for five people for sleeping…would not stay again …
Parking facility not available and Shawn is when we book every day have to pay swimming pool closed hot tub closed so not really good but ok
Friendly staff, room was stocked with lots of towels
The king bed had comfy pillows and duvet cover
Only a 15 minute walk to the village
Had a coffee machine with coffee and lots of filters
I would say everything thing proper as well staff and room was adequate clean.. hotel is budget friendly in fact it provides luxury feel that is unforgettable
Very close to Whistler tourist areas and was easily walkable to shopping and great restaurants.
The pool was unavailable due to construction which we weren't made aware of until we checked in. Heating is available but only windows and standing fan provided. We had a slight issue with the room passcode but were able to resolve it after a few minutes with their call centre.
Older property cabinets are broken in bathroom patched holes in drywall all photos suggested we were getting a kitchen but there wasn’t even air conditioning. It was very inexpensive but not a great summer location
Dishwasher not working and Fan is very dirty.. counter top, plates and glassess smells.
The suite was cute and a good layout, towels were very clean, linens were crisp and fresh. Furniture was nice too. But with no AC and only 4 small windows with no air flow and no screens it was very very hot and stuffy. They did bring us two more fans which made it bearable but not comfortable. Also, the dishwasher was broken so that was difficult. The whole place could use a refresh. I would t recommend for a summer stay but in winter it would probably be very cozy.
Check in and out was a breeze with the pleasant and helpful front desk staff. The underground parking was convenient as was the free and secure ski storage at the rental shop just off the lobby. Easy to pick-up the skis for the short walk to the gondola. Everything was clean with lots of conveniently placed sanitizers. They also have self opening doors to and from the garage which makes it convenient when you're loaded down with gear. Felt very safe during our stay.
I took off a few points for the fact that we couldn't get the room's phone or DVD player to work, and the room door wouldn't lock when we wanted to go out for dinner. I managed to fix the door lock myself but not until 20 min. after going to the front desk and eventually being told that service calls aren't possible during covid if you're already in the room. They graciously offered to upgrade us to another room but I'd fixed the door by that point. Lesson learned: During covid, do a quick check that everything works before you move in.
Minor problems aside, we recommend them as we enjoyed our stay at Glacier Lodge and would gladly do so again.
Pretty clean, we spent only 1 night. Cleaner than other places, if you are looking for a simple place where to sleep it’s more than ok
Great location and friendly staff. Easy check in and out.
Parking stalls are very small. Noise was the biggest issue. We could hear all conversations in the hall and from our neighbors. Often woken up at night because of this.
The room was outdated, the towels didn't smell clean and the parking instructions weren't clear.
Overall the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the room and general areas were kept clean. One downside during our trip was the pool, we went during August, when there was still active social distancing regulations and you had to reserve a time to use it. However when we went during our assigned time, there was a lot of people and big groups which was stressful, me and my boyfriend ended up leaving early because it was too packed. The hotel should have stricter regulations for the pool use during this pandemic.
It was a perfect little place to stay.
The bed was big comfy soft..room was big with a fridge.not far from anything...vety nice stay..
I didnt like the 10:00 check out...but other than that evetything wad great...
The best thing about this place is the location. At the blackcomb base, close to the blackcomb gondola. The main village is about a 10 minute walk. The room decor defintely left something to be desired. And there was definitely mold over the shower. Parking is 20 dollars per day in their secure garage, that would have been nice to note in the description.
