Cực kì tệ. Phòng trên app 20m2 đưa phòng chưa tới 10m2. Điều hoà lúc chạy được lúc không.

- Vị trí gần trung tâm, có thể đi bộ ra cầu Rồng hoặc các quán ăn nổi tiếng lân cận.
- Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình, niềm nở.
- Giá hợp lý nếu xét ở vị trí trung tâm.

- Phòng bài trí khá chật, để 1 vali vào thôi là hầu như không còn chỗ di chuyển.
- Nội thất hơi cũ, đèn phòng ánh sáng mờ, remote máy lạnh chập chờn.
- Cầu thang lối đi lên bị chật, phải vác vali to từ ngoài vào lễ tân rất cực.
