Overall it’s good and comfortable.
Pros:

The property was great, it was near train stop, a lot of convenience stores nearby, so many restaurants including the hotel restaurant. I like how quiet it is and it was very easy to get around.

Cons:

I would just said the room is very small. That’s my only complaint.

Mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel

Cons:

- Nous avons du changer de chambre car dans la 1ere chambre attribuée, l’aération extérieure faisait un bruit insoutenable. C’est incroyable que l’on puisse proposer une chambre avec ce bruit !
- Les chambres sont minuscules, c’est impossible d’ouvrir les valises donc cela demande beaucoup de logistique. Pas de stores, seulement des rideaux, donc la lumière du matin nous réveille très tôt. D’autant plus que les têtes de lit sont situées sous la fenêtre !
- La salle de bain est aussi par conséquent minuscule et ressemble à un pré-fabriqué
- Pas de table pour dîner dans la chambre
- Le pyjama fourni dans la chambre gratte et est de mauvaise qualité
- Le personnel n’est pas particulièrement agréable
- Le service de machine à laver n’est pas pratique : peu d’explications sur le fonctionnement, obligation d’acheter la capsule de lessive…
- Le quartier n’est pas particulièrement agréable comparé à d’autres endroits à Tokyo !!

Comparé à d’autres hôtels au Japon, les prestations sont vraiment en dessous ! Les chambres à Tokyo sont généralement petites mais optimisées.
Très déçue !

Het zag er leuk uit.

Cons:

De kamer was de kleinste die we in Japan zijn tegengekomen: plek om slechts 1 koffer tegelijk open te kunnen hebben. En geen plek in de badkamer om iets van toiletspullen neer te zetten. We hebben weinig comfort ervaren. Iedereen is enthousiast over het ontbijt, wij vonden het niet zo bijzonder.

Pros:

Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren optisch sehr ansprechend. Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein und im vergleich mit anderen Hotels war der Aufenthalt relativ teuer.
Das Frühstück war nicht sehr abwechslungsreich.

Good location. Near a station. It has a coin laundry which was very useful. Space is a bit small BUT manageable considering we are a family of 4

Cons:

Breakfast options didn't change during our stay. While you can choose from a variety of items, main choices stayed the same. Not a huge deal but I think a bit of variety in between days would be good.

Cool aesthetic and everything you need!
Pros:

I really like the aesthetics and all the little extras in the room. It’s all been thought out really well. The robes in the rooms are a really nice touch. I wanted to keep mine! Good location to reach Nirita Airport. Good food and drink nearby.

Cons:

Nothing really. Honestly it was really nice 😊

Great location with relatively spacious rooms! Loved it!
Pros:

Landabout hotel was a lovely place to stay just outside of central Tokyo but was so close to a central train line that I was able to explore the neighbourhood as well as all sorts of places around Tokyo so easily with hardly a trip. The Landabout is also a fantastic restaurant that blends two cultures of foods in every dish and when I ate there they were always so interesting and delicious! I felt like the room was a great size when compared to other Tokyo hotels and was so comfortable and always kept to the highest standards of cleanliness!

以CP還算可以的，如果不想花大錢還是不錯的選擇，入房記得務必檢查房間浴室是否有奇怪髒汙，有就馬上換房。
Pros:

早餐不錯，但每天只能選一塊吐司或一坨飯，其他菜完全一樣，大概吃三天就膩了。
飯店人員都很親切，登記入住要先拿好備品。
選的雙床房房型還算大，可以兩人打開行李箱的程度。

附近走路8分有大眾泡湯(荻之湯(超級推薦))跟唐吉軻德。

Cons:

感覺兩間房都刻意被安排在看到墳墓的房型，雖然睡得還不錯，但介意建議跟飯店提早溝通。
房間打掃不是很乾淨，有在廁所發現不明髒污。
另外花錢買的咖啡也覺得普通，但比免費咖啡好喝一點(便利商店程度)

頭睡的位置剛好窗簾下面根本遮不到光，早上會被曬醒，建議旅館改良一下窗簾。
