A beautiful and hotel that have everything
Pros:

Excellent location, only 5 mins walk from JR station. Nearby have convenience shop and plenty of eateries. The facility is extremely clean. We particularly like the convenience of self serve laundry service. We love the wooden floor and room design, clean and sleek.
We love everything about this hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast price is a little pricey for us, perhaps it is standard Tokyo price due to high living cost.

Goed verblijf, maar toch wel aan de duurdere kant voor wat je kreeg
Pros:

De locatie, dicht bij de metro met een goeie verbinding naar de meeste belangrijke plaatsen

Cons:

De gemeenschappelijke ruimtes waren heel klein en afgeleefd.

De kamer was wel echt extreem klein en een kast zou wel handig geweest zijn

Bonito, bien ubicado, cómodo y limpio.
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del metro, puedes llegar andando a Ueno. La cama cómoda, todo limpio, el baño cómodo, el diseño…la habitación es pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario.

Cons:

El hecho de que las lavadoras sean de pago y si quieres poner una por la noche y no tienes monedas de 100¥, tienes que salir a buscarlas a un convini fuera…

Would stay here anytime again
Pros:

We stayed twice at Landabout Tōkyō during our trip around Japan and did not regret it.
+++ Communication was easy and hotel staff was very friendly, warming
+++ Breakfast had everything we needed and the food was overall very good
+++ Pyjamas, towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers were included
+++ Conditioner, shampoo, body gel included and of pleasant smell
+++ There are 3 washing machines and 3 dryers (washing+drying costs about 800¥ - they only take ¥100-coins, but you can change at the reception), washing/drying quality was the best of all our hotels
+++ Room design was cozy with a genkin and the matress on the floor
had a little Genkan (place for shoes),
++ Our room must have been the tiniest of all our hotel rooms, but the room shape offered enough space for two suitcases and backpacks
+++ Check-out very early was possible in abscense of hotel staff

Cons:

- You weren't allowed to open the window, even though it wasn't locked - so you could open it, but it was
-- The sink smelled a bit bad
