Pros:

We loved the staff who were super friendly and attentive. The location was great aswell as it was only a 5 minute walk from uguishudani station. The breakfast was nice and the room space was good aswell. The toilet was a little small but it was still nice.

Cons:

The bathroom could have been slightly bigger as one you sat on the toilet your knees would be touching the door Infront of you

Ok stay
Pros:

Lunch and dinner was good, and the price of the stay was reasonable.

Cons:

The breakfast was expensive for what you got, I stayed in lots of places around Japan this was the most limited and bland.
Rooms were very small, beds are on the floor and not the best location.

Convenient location and lovely staff
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and accommodating and the location was convenient for Tokyo station, Ueno park and surrounding area.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room wasn’t very clean when we arrived- lots of dust in corners and behind the tv, mould in the shower, a smelly shower curtain, the drain smelt of egg and there was coffee splatter on the wall.

Gunstig gelegen oase van rust in de stad
Pros:

Zeer goede ligging nabij Yamanote lijn. Goede service. Wij waren zeer vlot geholpen om onze bagage vooruit te sturen naar onze volgende bestemming. Kamer kon elke dag worden gepoetst. Vrij veel keuze bij ontbijt, wel maar 1 portie rijst of broodsnede per persoon mogelijk.

The stuff was very helpful. Very nice compact and clean room. Very good water pressure.

Cons:

The breakfast could be improved. Not much room for the luggage in the bedroom.

Da localização e do café da manhã

Cons:

O quarto não possui nem uma cadeira ou banco,
Pra sentar, nem local pra colocar a mala. A cama é no chão . Temos que sentar na cama no chão. Não temos mais idade pra isso! Local só para jovens e atléticos! Para ficar com as malas informaram que seriam dois dias gratuitos, mas deixamos duas noites e cobraram uma. Ou seja, só uma foi gratuita. Um pequeno golpe! Nem parece Japão!
