It was disappointing that all the things I was looking forward to were not met.
Pros:

breakfast and bath salt service were good.

Cons:

Even when a toothpick—apparently used—was left sitting on the armrest of a lobby sofa, staff did not notice or promptly remove it.
One of the amenities, the bath salts that you can make yourself, was placed on a table, but the bath salts had spilled and were scattered everywhere, and the area was messy, yet the staff did not notice and come to clean it up.
The worst part was that the showerheads in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned; every single nozzle was clogged with grime and what looked like mold. There was also mold around the base of the bathroom mirror.
This made me suspicious about the cleanliness of the entire facility; I even worried about the chef's hygiene standards regarding breakfast, which really spoiled the enjoyment of the meal.
I also noticed staff negligence in the breakfast area—for instance, the container for dessert spoons was empty, yet they failed to replenish it until a guest pointed it out.
