The cleanliness of the room and quality of breakfast buffet were disappointing.

The staff was friendly and professional.

Cons:

The room and hallway were dirty. There was a big stain on the carpet next to the bed. There was a wrapper and part of a candy bar on the floor in front of the tv stand. There was trash in the hallway and the stairs didn't appear to have been cleaned in quite some time. With the room being dirty, it lead to a lack of confidence about the cleanliness of the bedding and bathroom. The continental breakfast buffet was also very disappointing with frozen waffles instead of batter and a waffle iron, no danish or pastries, only apples as a fruit selection, only one brand and flavor of yogurt. Breakfast selection was very limited and, essentially, included basically just processed, pre-packaged foods.

The bed was really comfortable and the staff was very friendly

Cons:

It was an older property and the bathroom did not have a very good area around the sink for my stuff and the little shelf that was there was falling apart and needed replacing

The price, we are locals but stayed due to tree’s around our house during the hurricane

Cons:

The staff received a call during check in asking about reservations for someone under 18…. Apparently this party had someone else book the room and left rowdy teens at the hotel alone. After midnight is when it got the loudest, it seems like they were very loud, in and out, at one point around 4AM they sounded like they were fighting in the hall. I fault the hotel for placing this party across from a family, there were more rooms. I don’t fault them for the kids being alone. I know staff could hear down stairs and did nothing. Also breakfast was trash. Frozen waffles, cereal white a gallon of milk that everyone touched, with just apple juice

I have better breakfast and people who love their job to work at your place and be courteous

The hot shower parking right at my room.

Cons:

That it wasn’t a real breakfast some scrambled eggs, sausage, or bacon. And the morning shift Caucasian lady she was not friendly. Did not speak did not talk did not say anything to nobody and she was right there. The Night Shift guy was great.
