LOVED our stay here!
Pros:

From check-in to check-out our stay was perfect. The first person we met was Alyssa Stingley- wow, what an absolute gem she was. She made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped foot inside this place. She gave us the full run down about the slopes, hotel, bus routes, nearby restaurants, and general information that was so helpful. She is a total asset to this hotel, and I hope you know what an amazing employee you have in her.

Regarding the hotel room, it was perfect for what we needed for a long ski weekend. The kitchen was not big, but it had everything needed to make simple meals (spaghetti and meatballs, quick meals). The bathroom and rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We LOVED the location!!! The ski in, ski out was just icing on the cake and it was so easy to get home at the end of the day. We will for sure be staying here again!!
Major shoutout to Alyssa for the exceptional hospitality and the rest of the hotel staff who work so hard to keep it as special as it is! We cannot wait to come back again in 2027!

Great pool!!
Pros:

Great spot to stay with family. The pool is really nice as well as the hot tubs. We booked a last minute stay while we had some work done our house. Our toddler loved the pool. Our dog was well accommodated and great easy access out onto the ski slope for off season dog walks. The suites are nice and you can cook a full meal in there. Great option and will stay again. Joshua from the front desk was super friendly and helpful to us. We had him for check in and check out and always answered our questions with a smile. We’ll be back again soon!

Whistler’s finest hotel experience
Pros:

We love coming to this hotel and very much value the experience of being a previous customer. The best place to stay for a quiet, functional and depending on weather, usually we ski in ski out. The pool is warm, all the staff are so friendly and helpful and the whole stay is always 100%. We will always return. Thanks for the hospitality!!!

Highly recommend
Pros:

Great location, very close to Blackcomb gondola with ski in/ski out option in winter. Short hike down the grassy slope to bars and restaurants in the warmer months. Free shuttle bus service stops directly outside the suites and travels to and from Whistler centre and Excalibur gondola. Onsite guest parking with friendly and efficient staff. Shout out to Josh on the reception desk who was a great help to us recently!

Great stay
Pros:

We stayed at the Blackcomb Springs Suites for four nights while we attended the memorial service for a family member. Obviously this is a difficult time, but all of the staff members could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Josh in particular was excellent. Overall it made our short stay in Whistler this time much easier.

Good location and value for a short stay.
Pros:

The 1BR was spacious for 4 people.
Check-in and out process was quick.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
There's a free shuttle service every 30 min from the hotel to the Village.

Cons:

The sofabed was not comfortable to sleep on - squeaks every time you move and mattress is thin.
It's not clear on Booking that the parking is an additional $25/day charge.
The parking stalls are very narrow, it's challenging to park a large car.
Walls are thin, you can hear people outside/in the hallway.

Das Zimmer entsprach nicht der Beschreibung auf Booking. Es gab nur einen Raum, anstelle von zwei Räumen. Das Zimmer roch unangenehm. Die ganze Nacht war sehr viel Lärm um das Zimmer und somit war an einen ruhigen Schlaf nicht zu denken.
