Not worth it.
Pros:

The pool was the best part.

Cons:

Property was ridiculous. Dog shit stains in room.
Had to constantly get towels myself. Parking is a nightmare and they charge you and hide that they double charge parking to your room. If you pay inclusive parking with your booking site, The hotel will double charge you and refuse to provide an invoice to hide the fact that they double charge you during your stay.
Location is ok. I mean if you don’t want to be by the village the plus is the scenic walks lakes and free shuttle.

Good place for a couple of days. Very large room.
Pros:

Location was a convenient walk to the Blackcomb gondola, but a little further from the main centre of Whistler (15 min walk, with a free transfer bus back). Room was enormous, as was the bed, comfortable too.

Cons:

The sofa bed wasn't made up, so we had to do that ourselves, including requesting sheets from reception, even though we'd made clear in the booking and by follow up message that we would need it. The sofa bed was creaky and not as comfortable as others we used elsewhere on this trip. The decor is a bit dated - heavy wooden furniture, the rooms a bit grey and gloomy. Couldn't use the car chargers in the car park because it needed an app that isn't available on the UK app store.

Horrible check out experience and double charged our credit card
Pros:

The property was fantastic with great amenities. The checking in was perfect. We liked our stay very much!

Cons:

But our entire good experience became somewhat bitter at check out. During check out everything was good, but minutes after we left the hotel we saw a two room rate charged to our credit card. When we called they said they didn't know about it and asked us to send a screenshot of the charge. We then went to the hotel and the front desk attendant started asking for our bank statements to prove that we did pay for the rooms through booking.com. when we said you should be able to see in your system if we had paid or not. He still insisted on that as if we were claiming something unusual. It's only when his manager was passing by and overheard our conversation and then told him that he should have been charging booking.com for the rooms instead of our card. And then she sorted that out immediately. The funny thing is the attendant did not bother to say sorry! Point is you can charge by mistake but your first reaction cannot be that the guest is wrong so let's ask them to bring the bank statement to prove. Absolutely inexperienced person to handle guests!

Albergo sulle piste nella parte alta di Whisler. 10' minuti a piedi dal centro o 5 con navetta gratuita, che abbiamo usato al ritorno. Abbiamo anche sfruttato anche la piscina per il relax la sera
