Other then that it was a good stay

Cons:

In our handicap room the shower tub leaked water all the way into the foyer. My 87 year old father did not noticed the water leaked until he came out and called me.
Our window curtains would not open and room was a little too dark.

Unfortunately, I’m not able to provide a positive comment about my stay. Based on my experience, I did not find any aspect of the hotel that met my expectations.

Cons:

I’m sure the housekeeping staff is doing their best, but it seems management has not provided adequate training. The rooms were not cleaned or maintained to the standard I expected.

The breakfast service could also benefit from better training. Pork products should not be placed in the same warmer or steamer as vegetarian or non-pork items to avoid cross-contamination and to respect guests' dietary preferences.

Overall, the staff appears to need more comprehensive training to improve cleanliness, food handling, and the overall guest experience.
