Pros:

The botanic gardens in the grounds, restaurant, beach, and family spa are all wonderful. The staff is adorable. There is also a brand new, majestic adult spa. The à la carte menu is sublime and the waiters are so welcoming. It's easy to park at the hotel and a short drive to other famous villages on Lake Como. It's also easy to drive to Milan.

Tolles Wochenende am Luganer See

Die tolle Lage, die komfortablen Suiten, der schöne Blick und das sehr gute Frühstück. Bemerkenswert, das Giovanna, die Chefin der Rezeption schon von
Anbeginn dort arbeitet, so etwas gibt es heutzutage sehr selten. Ich habe mich sehr gefreut Sie wieder zu sehen !

Pros:

Beautiful location and very friendly staff.
We had a nice family room with two bedrooms and bathrooms and a large roof terrace with a stunning view of Lake Lugano.

The apartment was somewhat dated, but well-maintained, intact furniture, never broken or dirty. The beds smelled fresh and we slept wonderfully.

The garden is truly special: a variety of fruit trees and ancient olive trees, some dating back to 1867.
The longer we stayed, the more we fell in love with the place and the harder it became to leave.

The staff is very proactive, helpful and giving great vibes! The restaurant La Masseria is wonderful, great view and very friendly staff who matches your needs.

Cons:

This drawback is a matter of taste and a small detail, so judge it in that light.
The statues of dogs at the reception, frogs and pigs were not a vibe 😉. Too modern, cold, weird for us.
It destracted us a bit when we arrived from your warm welcome.

The surroundings are so beautiful: go for a modern, warm Mediterranean style with local elements, just a tip!

Perfekte Wünderschöne Hotel Nummer 1

Seit 25 Jahren immer wieder komme ich hier fühle mich wie zu Hause.
Dieses wünderschöne Hotel und Mitarbeiter sind Ober Top 🔝
Die wichtigste Persönlichkeit ist Govanna. Sie ist seit lange Jahren das Herz von Parco San Marco.
Durch ihre kommen die Gäste immer wieder züruck und fühlen sich wie zu Hause.
Ihre Professionalität, Menschlichkeit und Herz ist in ihrem Beruf.
Diese Hotel soll stolz sein auf so eine Mitarbeiterin zu haben so ist schwer zu finden .
Ganz herzlichen Dank Liebe Govanna für alles wir kommen sehr gerne züruck.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung die Lage die Mitarbeiter alles es gibt nix was einem nicht gefallen könnte .
Man freut sich einen Urlaub oder nur 1 Tag in diesem Hotel zu verbringen.

A piece of heaven on the shores of lake Lugano

Perfekter Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich, die Lage fantastisch und das Zimmer top!
Das gesamte Personal (Rezeption und Frühstück) war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Flasche Prosecco und der Gutschein für das 5*-SPA wussten wir besonders zu schätzen.
Insgesamt waren es 4 wunderbare Tage.

Cons:

Die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage waren etwas eng.

Expérience exceptionnelle! Hôtel magnifique dans un véritable jardin botanique au bord du lac de Lugano, emplacement idéal pour découvrir la région sans les inconvénients du sur-tourisme, personnel adorable et dévoué version VIP, chambres spacieuses, calmes et propres avec vue sur le lac, restauration au top. Salle de sport bien équipée. Enfin, cerise sur le gâteau : la possibilité d’accéder au SPA de luxe AREA en option, que du bonheur !
