Nuostabi vieta prie Lugano ežero su puikiu vaizdu. Skanūs ir gausūs pusryč̣iai, aukšto lygio viešbučio restoranas. Malonus ir paslaugus personala, baseimai, SPA ir t.t. Puiki vieta šeimai su vaikais apsistoti. Tik 20 min kelio automobiliu iki Šveicarijos aplankyti gražiausias Lugano apylinkes bei 30 min kelio iki Mennagio, iš kurio puiki galimybė keltu aplankyti Komo ežero ,, Auksinio trikampio,, miestus.

Pros:

Frühstück ist lecker, umfangreich und für jeden etwas dabei. Die Suiten alle Richtung Luganer See ausgerrichtet sind sehr großzügig mit Kühlschrank und Couch und einem zusätzlichen Schlafraum ausgestattet. Die Lage ist TOP. Direkt am See

Der Aufenthalt war zu kurz und beim nächsten Mal werden es 2-3 Tage länger sein.

Jederzeit wieder, ein Platz um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr schön integriert in die Hanglage und alles ist sehr gepflegt, man fühlt sich wie in einem botanischen Garten. Die Aufteilung zwischen Family und Adultbereich ist perfekt gelöst. Hervorzuheben ist der private und großzügige Strandabschnitt mit ausreichend Liegestühlen etc sowie Bar, BBQ und WC.

Luxuriöses Hotel mit breitem Angebot, gehobene Preiskategorie

Sehr freundliches Personal, großes Frühstücksbuffet, verschiedene Saunen, eigener Beachclub, vielseitiges Angebot an Beschäftigung, Adults only Bereiche, Parkplatz (gegen Aufpreis), Tee im Wellnessbereich, ausreichend Handtücher, Bademantel im Zimmer, Badeschlappen im Zimmer, sehr hilfsbereite Rezeption, schnelle Reaktion auf Probleme (Lichtröhrentausch, Ausfall der Dusche am Pool), Unterteilung in Familienbereiche incl eigener Poollandschaft im Außenbereich, Kidsclub und Spielplatz vorhanden, sehr gepflegte Anlage und ansprechende Bepflanzung, Küchenzeile vorhanden (Geschirr gegen Aufpreis)

Getränke und Speisenangebot zu hochpreisig, Wasser im Innenpool zu kalt, Handtücherausgabe am Pool und Beachclub wären sinnvoll, Tassen im Zimmer wären sinnvoll (Wasserkocher und Tee da), Sitzkissen für die Metallstühle auf der Zimmerterrasse, Ausziehcouch war als Sitz/Lümmelcouch unbequem

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Parco San Marco Lifestyle Beach Resort und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Bereits bei der Ankunft waren wir von der großzügigen und äußerst gepflegten Hotelanlage begeistert. Die gesamte Anlage befindet sich in einem hervorragenden Zustand und vermittelt sofort ein Gefühl von Erholung und Wohlbefinden. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und ausgesprochen sauber.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals. Wir haben bereits viele Hotels auf der ganzen Welt besucht, aber ein derart herzliches, aufmerksames und professionelles Serviceteam haben wir bisher selten erlebt. Jeder Mitarbeiter begegnete den Gästen mit einem Lächeln und großer Hilfsbereitschaft.

Beeindruckend fanden wir auch die internationale Zusammensetzung des Teams. Mitarbeiter aus vielen verschiedenen Ländern sorgten dafür, dass sich jeder Gast – unabhängig von seiner Sprache oder Herkunft – jederzeit willkommen und verstanden fühlte. Die Kommunikation funktionierte hervorragend und trug maßgeblich zu der angenehmen Atmosphäre bei.

Das Parco San Marco ist für uns ein Ort, an den wir sehr gerne zurückkehren werden. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

Wunderschönes Hotel mit herrlichem Seeblick und super Essen
Pros:

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Appartement mit Blick auf den See. Das ganze Hotelanlage ist super gepflegt. Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Abendessen, super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Fruehstuecksbuffet ist riesig mit einer super Auswahl. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht da, aber wir kommen wieder.
