Sehr schöne Hotelanlage für Familienaufenthalt
Pros:

Schöne gepflegte Anlage, viele Angebote für Familien (Spielplätze, Pools, Restaurants)
Hervorragendes Personal, super Service!! Riesen Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen, lokalen Produkten.

Cons:

Die Badezimmer rochen unangenehm, obwohl täglich gereinigt wurde.

Sehr komfortables, ruhiges und sauberes Hotel in sehr guter Lage mit hervorragendem Frühstück.
Pros:

Unser Zimmer hatte 2 Zimmer, mit Küchenzeile und privates Bad. Die Ausstattung war top, das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und von exzellenter Qualität. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, Porlezza ist zu Fuss in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.

Cons:

Unsere Nachbarn waren Zigarrenkettenraucher, d.h. bei geöffneter Terrassentür hatten wir dauernd Gestank im Zimmer, dafür kann ausser den Rauchern aber keiner.

Mai ricevuto in nessuna delle tante strutture in cui ho soggiornato tanta premura e gentilezza. Ci si sente accolti, coccolati, a casa... Sebbene l'altissimo livello e gli standard top dei servizi nessuna rigiditá ma sorrisi e coccole. Ho scelto di soggiornare per un compleanno speciale e non avrei mai immaginato tanta cura. Ci hanno sorpresi omaggiando la Spa Aria, abbiamo trovato palloncini e un bottiglia in camera. A cena il personale cordiale, gentilissimo, preparato e come se non bastasse sono giunti con una candelina e cantato la canzone "tanti auguri". Non mi ero permessa di chiedere della candelina perché mai pensavo avessero potuto assecondarmi. Io davvero non ho parole per tutto. Mai trattata cosí prima d'ora e sto pensando che tutte le grandi occasioni della mia vita le trascorrerò in questo meraviglioso posto che non si è risparmiato in sorrisi, gentilezza, disponibilità. Nessuno stress su orari prefissati, nessuna ansia su nulla. Abbiamo chiesto di passare una altra ora alla Spa dopo il check out e addirittura ci hanno permesso di stare fino alle 13,00. Dei veri Signori come pochi. Non dimenticherò come mi sono sentita e ci vedremo presto!! Doveroso parlare della bellezza del posto, eleganza, pulizia della struttura, camera impeccabile, livello top dei servizi, professionalità tangibile, incantevole suggestiva spa, cibo buonissimo. I posti che restano nel cuore soprattutto per le persone che fanno la differenza. GRAZIE INFINITE❤️

De drukke weg langs het hotel en het lawaai ‘‘s morgens in/aan het hotel. Het ontbijt was wel heel duur.

Tutto perfetto, consigliatissimo!
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una notte io e il mio fidanzato e l'esperienza è stata davvero molto piacevole. La suite era estremamente pulita e accogliente, perfetta per un soggiorno rilassante. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile fin dal nostro arrivo, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la nostra cena, davvero squisita, e la colazione ricca e abbondante, un vero valore aggiunto per la vacanza. Ottima anche la posizione, comoda per muoversi e visitare i dintorni. Consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel e torneremo volentieri in futuro!

My honeymoon was back thanks to Parco San Marco
Pros:

Parco San Marco is the best place we have ever spent vacations.
It seems like a small village with all services needed!
We had a wonderful week!
It is the only place where you have the possibility to spend a great vacation even the weather may not be on your favour!
We started our vacation on a rainy morning, but the view was wonderful anyway!
All the facilities needed!
Breakfast buffet was really familiar! To be honest it is the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel!
We have two 9 year old twins, but Kids Club was the perfect place to spend their time with other kids from all over the world!
We were worried about the private spa, but the staff was really helpful. Our kids could have a wonderful dinner with the kid's club staff!
So I definitely realized my dream! Enjoying the spa time!
I mention, I had the latest one on our honeymoon, and it came back at Parco San Marco.
The words are not enough!
It's the only place where the word "EXCELLENT" gets its real meaning!
See you in April 2026 for sure!

Great Stay at Family Paradise Parco San Marco
Pros:

The family-friendly vibe, super helpful staff, peaceful park strolls, and sunny mountain hikes nearby made it a magical stay for our family with kids (7-12) and dog. Room was spacious, quiet and clean. Highly recommended.
