Wonderful trip
Pros:

The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much, the food was a delight at each of the on site venues and the facilities were brilliant.

Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, prima ontbijt en a la carte restaurants. Aria spa is top.

Cons:

Stoeltjes op ons terras waren weliswaar in stijl, maar erg oncomfortabel. Enige verbetering die we kunnen verzinnen.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit perfekter Lage. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber und angenehm. Ich war sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder!

Gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff

Cons:

La camera che ci è stata assegnata questa volta non godeva certo di una grande vista (C11) dato che il terrazzo dava sul parcheggio e il lago quasi non era visibile. La doccia era intasata.

Eines der reichhaltigen und frischesten Buffets, die wir je erlebt haben, - und wir hatten durchaus schon tolle Häuser kennengelernt. BESSER GEHT EINFACH NICHT ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Bon séjour dommage que le bruit nous l’ai un peu gâché…
Pros:

Le personnel aux petits soins.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner.
La chambre confortable et spacieuse avec vue sur lac.

Cons:

La piscine très bruyante jusqu’à 18 h, des enfants qui plongent, éclaboussent et crient. Aucune place sur les transats. Un bassin adults only serait le bienvenu.
Bruits de la route très présents dans les chambres.
Les clients qui parlent fort à l’extérieur même après minuit.

Rapport qualité / prix mauvais pour les vieux qui ne restent pas à l’hôtel dans la journee

… De payer 20 euros par jour pour un parking en dessous de l’hôtel. C’est une arnaque !!!
Le prix global des suites est vraiment excessif - au moins de 100 euros par nuit - quand on ne va pas au spa , ni n’utilise les jeux d’enfants.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ein absolut leckeres Frühstück .Auch die Restaurants auf dem Gelände sind sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Einhaltung der Hausregeln (Handyverbot im SPA) wird nicht kontrolliert bzw. durchgesetzt. Für uns ein absolutes Muss!
