A perfect family-friendly getaway.
Pros:

What an amazing hotel — it truly offers everything a family with a toddler could wish for.
The restaurants serve delicious food, the staff is friendly and helpful in getting you oriented, and there’s no shortage of activities to keep the little ones entertained.
It’s also wonderfully dog-friendly, with lovely walking paths around the property.
A fantastic choice for a relaxing family getaway.

Amazing stay. I booked a room with full lake view but we get one with Garden view and lake could be minimally seen. The stuff found us another room with lake view though :)

Cons:

Nothing. If you have problems just ask the stuff, they are amazingly helpful and nice.

Non si puo’ che amare il lago di lugano e la valsolda passando dal san marco
Pros:

E’ un luogo perfetto nella composizione degli spazi , nell’attenzione verso i clienti, il personale gentilissimo e rapido nel soddisfare le richieste

Cons:

Tutto perfetto , forse con le auto attuali bosognerebbe migliorare la gestione del parcheggio

Le calme , la vue sur le lac , les différents restaurants, le jardin au bord du lac ,la piscine , les jardins aux abords des chambres .....
Vu l'immensité du complexe j'avais peur d' une impression de foule bruyante ;il n'en est rien.

Cons:

Un peu perdus au départ pour trouver la réception
L'établissement n'est peut être pas adapté aux personnes handicapées

Voici une proposition de résumé fluide et chaleureux :

Un séjour exceptionnel au Parco San Marco. Un cadre absolument magnifique au bord du lac de Lugano, où tout est réuni pour passer un moment inoubliable. Les prestations sont de très haut niveau : chambres, espaces piscine, accès au lac, sauna et infrastructures invitent à la détente. La restauration est excellente, avec des repas de grande qualité. Mention toute particulière au personnel, dont l’accueil, le professionnalisme, la disponibilité et la qualité du service rendent l’expérience encore plus agréable. Un véritable sans-faute du début à la fin, dans un environnement exceptionnel. Une adresse que je recommande !

Sensationelle Anlage für Kurzaufenthalt.
Pros:

Wunderbare Aussicht auf den Luganersee! Super Suiten mit extra Schlafzimmer. Das SPA (jedoch kostenpflichtig) ist der Hit. Sehr gutes Essen. Freundliches Personal. Adults only Pool. Für Familien separater Pool, Spielplatz und Schlafsuite. Extra Essen für Kinder im Speisesaal.

Cons:

Weitläufige Anlage. Für Gehbehinderte eine Herausforderung, trotz Aufzüge. Rezeption spricht teilweise nur englisch.

We had a wonderful stay at Parco San Marco on Lake Lugano. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking lake views and beautiful surroundings. The room was comfortable and spotless, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. A perfect place to unwind—we would gladly come back!
