Nice location and friendly staff, but it all felt a bit pretentious
Pros:

Good facilities, clean and well maintained. The staff were mostly very friendly, cheerful and helpful.

Cons:

The restaurants and bars were very expensive, and the cheaper ones were closed. Everything needed to be pre-booked, and they seemed unable to handle simple changes eg ‘Can I have this sandwich to takeaway please’

Eine 99,5 % ige Empfehlung die leider nur wegen den Vorkommnissen mit dem Roomservice gemindert wurde.
Pros:

Die ganze Resort Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön angelegt und sehr sauber.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die fast schon außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Herzlichkeit zu den Kindern .
Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut und in einer ausgesprochenen Vielfalt und Qualität vorhanden das keine Wünsche offen blieben.
Separat möchte ich noch speziell die Dame von der Pool Pizzeria hervorheben die geradezu eine solche Herzlichkeit zu den Kindern hat wenn die Kinder sich Eis abholen die nicht gespielt sondern ehrlich und von Herzen ist.

Cons:

Der einzige Wermutstropfen lag bei uns beim Roomservice der nicht so funktionierte wie man es erwartet normalerweise.

Perfect location for the lakes, perfect package in food, staff and facilities.
Pros:

The half-board package was great, so much choice, so much quality. The welcoming we had was warm, and the staff were great throughout our stay. The pool offered more than enough entertainment for our kids, along with the beach/lake fun.

Cons:

We stayed for two evenings and can honestly say there wasn't anything we disliked about the place!

מלון נהדר עם מתקנים טובים, יחס טוב מהצוות. מיקום נהדר על האגם ואפשרות לספא מתקדם ומפנק. תמורה טובה למחיר, מיקום קרוב לאגם קומו.
ארוחת בוקר טובה.

Cons:

המיזוג אוויר בחדרים לא תואם את החום בעונת הקיץ. החנייה בתשלום של 20 יורו לילה - בהינתן שזאת הדרך היחידה להגיע למלון אז זה מייקר את החוויה ולא משתלם בשהייה ארוכה.

la facturation au restaurant principal est aléatoire... Vous prenez 2 plats à la carte (2x24= 48e) et une bouteille de rosé (32e)
soit un total de 80e. e lendemain vous renouvellez votre formule, mais lorsque le serveur vous propose un dessert vous donnez votre accord pour 2 glaces. Total de la facture 140e. Demandant des explications on m'explique que le passage d'un menu à la carte au menu du jour (2 plats) change la facturation...60 e pour 2 boules de glace. Je vous laisse juge.

Pros:

We liked everything. The resort is nicely built on a hill. Staff is very friendly. There are 3 different restaurants. The Mediterranean Grill is the best! Beach is really nice and the restaurant as well for lunch. Really relaxing.
There are also 2 pools, for adults only and children.
We also made the short boat trip to Porlezza

Cons:

Nothing, we will definitely go back!
