Pros:

Resort is nice but dated , good location. Building works were a nightmare we weren't told prior to arrival.
Staff all friendly.

Cons:

Building works in tge resort and neighbouring resorts was to put it mildly a nightmare. Never consulted prior to arrival about on site Building works. Sent emails directly to sands beech no reply.

Mala limpieza
Pros:

Las piscinas muy bien y personal muy agradable lo k mejor hay en el Resort

Cons:

La limpieza pésima tuve que limpiar yo . Las limpiadoras muy amables pero la limpieza muy escueta .La cocina muy poco equipamiento para ser un lugar donde tú vas a hacer de comer .
Y la casa todo no viejo viejísimo , con olor a viejo.Otra cosa importante una calor en las casa que no se puede estar allí ,menos mal que el personal intentaba por todos los medios tapar el parche sino la estancia habría sido peor. En general las casas nada que ver con las fotos

Great getaway to a lovely part of Lanzarote, Sands beach was a fantastic base to come and go from with great facilities
Pros:

Room was great, very comfortable, lots of swimming pools although towards end we had lots of people claiming loungers early in morning but had a couple on our terrace we could use. Paid for breakfast a couple of times and that was really great value for money as lots of choice.

Cons:

Mai Tai bar could have stayed open a bit longer as bar in hotel wasn’t that nice. The beach water seemed full of algae and a bit stagnant.
