Hotel bien ubicado / deficiencias
Pros:

Ubicación y servicio de empleados

Cons:

Mi bañera no tenía presión y el AC no funcionaba.
Se reportó, sin embargo solo trataron de corregir el AC lo cual ayudó un poco, pero no funcionó al 100%

Le falta que alla más supervison a las macamas ya que no desempeñan bien la limpieza principalmente en zona del baño y las sabans no las cambiaron en mi entrada ya que aun tenia cabello del huésped anterior y No cuentan con acceso a la zona de playa de manera segura

Cons:

Lo único que me gustó fue que, al momento de recibir mi habitación, como llegué temprano, habían cabellos en la regadera y el piso tenía huellas de que no habían limpiado el piso de la habitación, además pedí servicio al cuarto y me dijeron que tardaban aprox 25 minutos, se tardaron casi 50 minutos!!! Cuando llamé me subieron mis alimentos, pero como pedí un pastel, llegó derretido, los camarones freidos llegaron fríos y la pasta casi dura

Fue lo único que me decepcionó, de ahí en fuera la gente muy amable y la comida rica a excepción de lo que dije.

La habitación está muy cómoda con una vista a toda la bahía.

Pros:

We highly recommend this hotel. We have stayed twice now and both times have been phenomenal. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. We will be back!
