Cons:

The attitude of the staff, the check in was horrible, the disrespect that was shown and exhibited to me during check in, made purposely to wait while others were being checked in, did not receive the accommodations I booked for, was given all types of excuses.

I liked the staff everyone was pleasant and helpful. I liked how it was right on strip

Cons:

I didn't like the pool was extremely small it was advertised as beach front ocean view and that is not the case parking was also very small for the large suv the elevator took way to long even during late hour. Bed sheets were not clean, and instead of staff exchanging it they made me do it myself. No ac or heat controls. Carpet in hall was dirty. I was offered access tot he other hotel which I was told sits right on thr beach and that one sat further back away from beach more then this location.

Pros:

I loved that downstairs had a pizza place, the ice cream and the Dubia chocolate strawberry cups were delicious

Cons:

Pool is very small. And it was closed all of Saturday morning.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially since I was traveling with disabled adult and service animal.

Pros:

The location was EVERYTHING. Walking distance to the attractions beach and more.

Cons:

I reserved a suite for my family. Once we checked in the room was temping at 85 degrees. No one checked on the room before we checked in, they weren’t able to fix the AC during our stay. I had to go through 2 mangers at the property and a booking representative just to get some type of reimbursement for the inconvenience.

Charged me $346 and then only refund $207 when requested refund .

I paid for a mini vacation to use jacuzzi amenities and they were out of order and covered with do not cross tape

Cons:

If I could give negative 1000 rating I would. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! It was dirty, the pool was dirty, hallways were dirty and hot, elevators were dirty, the towels stink, no housekeeping, and on top of all that my ac was broken for my entire stay! For those with low expect it will do, but this was literally my worse stay EVER!!
