If the weather was better we wouldn’t have spent that much time in our room.
Pros:

The only thing that I like was the location and that we had an ocean view. The hotel staff responded quickly to our needs.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about the property was that the ice machine on our floor didn’t work. They only worked on floors 5 and 7. Our wi-fi in our room didn’t work on both televisions. We had to use our hotspots in order to watch tv. Also didn’t feel safe about the parking in the garage. The stay was average for my family and I. Didn’t have that resort feel.

The location was perfect

Cons:

The staff was immature - the hot tub was broken
Anyone really could walk into hotel
Pool was right out front in clear view of everyone like you’re in a fishbowl
One Elevator was broken there were only two

I liked the location and the room had all the essentials that I needed for my stay. It was good value for the price. Loved that they had smart Tvs.

The internet was horrible. It kept going out. There were things that could have been cleaner.

Overall very satisfied with the location. It is very clean and perfect to stay in for a vacation.

I liked how close the property was to the beach and the stores located around it.

Cons:

The hot water would take a while to run up to the floor we were staying in.

Had to clean floors and my rag was black just like our feet
ROACHES
When I let staff know.. they just stay on the phone in silence.. so I killed roaches! They did nothing

I never unpacked. Kept bags zipped and high off floor
