Convenient but Overpriced
Pros:

If you are going to an event at CHI Arena, the location is perfect! I loved that we could just walk through the skyway to get there.

Cons:

All we could see out our window was the roof and windows to other rooms. It was depressing. Also, the front desk staff were rude, and it was all overpriced.

Filthy crowded loud gym area over run by kids.
Cons:

Pool was crowded and hot tub had 16 toddlers in it. Gym was filthy locker rooms were filthy and sauna was old.

Had to clean up hairs in my room’s tub. Wont stay here again.

People Versus Property: Great Versus Other
Pros:

Front desk and airport shuttle driver.

Bar tender was also extremely accommodating.

Cons:

1. Fed-Ex closed Saturday and Sunday. Location can accept packages; but cannot accept pre-paid, pre destination labeled packages over the weekend . Doesn’t work. Front desk said they could not accept package and deliver to Fed-Ex Monday. Doesn’t work.

2. Food was C+/B-.

2 night stay for work this hotel is one of the best in the system of Hilton properties they have the best of the best!
Pros:
