2 night stay for work this hotel is one of the best in the system of Hilton properties they have the best of the best!
Pros:

We were totally happy with the hotel, stay and walking to restaurants nearby.
Pros:

We went to the concert across the street at CHI Health Center and it was very convenient. Used the skywalk to get in when doors opened. and walked across the street when concert ended.

Cons:

The elevators got busy. Totally understandable with the concert.

Pros:

Did not eat there

Cons:

Could have had a cleaner bathroom. Dirty wash cloth left under vanity and dirt left. Elevator was not working and we were parked in the parking garage on 3rd level and had a hard time getting someone to help us find the stairs to get there.

Restaurant was nice

Cons:

Rooms had stains on bedding/pillow cases, the air was really dry in the rooms, lobby was freezing with no heaters. People were sitting in lobby with coats on.

Quick night away for a concert
Pros:

Location is perfect for CHI concerts and events!

Cons:

Property needs to do something with parking garage. Then we had marijuana smoke fill our room as we watched a movie. It was literally a lit smoke not vape! I turned it in as I’m not paying for that! Then put a towel under my door.

Great stay, this will be our go to lodging for events at Century Link.
Pros:

Excellent location, with the Hilton App check in and out was a breeze. Great venue to attend events at Century Link Center. Definitely get the Hilton App to avoid long check in lines at the front desk. We were able to check in through the App prior to arrival. When we arrived there was a very long line of people trying to check in prior to our event and we were able to walk right by line of people and access our room with our phones with the electronic key sent through the App.

A little more detailed explanation on the parking situation and what you need to do upon arrival.

Pros:

Location also staff was pleasant.

Cons:

Parking was a little complicated. Ticketing system said our vehicle had already left the complex but we were still parked in our spot. My husband had to come back into the hotel and get help.
