The location and view was beautiful

Cons:

Some of the fixtures ie light switches, power points don’t work. The fan also don’t work in one bedroom small things nothing major

The location, room size and facilities

Cons:

The room was not clean, there was electrical cords left on the ground , coffee table and bench tops weren't wiped down and the sheets on one of the beds weren't clean.

Pros:

Fantastic location halfway between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, surfclub opposite is a good spot for lunch/pint. Huge flat, with a separate laundry room with washer and dryer, large open plan kitchen living with balcony. Flat had a bathroom as well as an ensuite in master bedroom.

There was an underground car park, tennis court, indoor and outdoor pool and BBQs.

Cons:

The fitness centre was somewhat disappointing, adequate cardio equipment but only one all in one weight machine, no dumbells, indoor pool area was somewhat dated.

We enjoyed our stay, however the noisy construction and unpredictable lifts took away from this a little.
Pros:

A good family sized apartment with good facilities including 2 pools both inside and outside.

Cons:

Our apartment had cockroaches, the bathroom door didn’t close and there was a lot of construction outside that started early in the morning.
The lift sensor stopped working at one stage and the doors became stuck and as the other lift was out of order there wasn’t an option to change lifts.

Excellent location and extremely comfortable apartment - highly recommend
Pros:

We had a view of the ocean, the apartment was massive and had absolutely everything we could possibly need - the kitchen had lovely dishes and was very well stocked. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home.

Cons:

One lift was out of order so there were long wait times for that. They were quite tight with the dishwashing liquid, only one sachet, toilet paper and bin bags.
