The property does not accept guests under the age of 21. No parties and no unpaid guests at any time.
Quiet hours start at 22:00 including the balcony. Zero-tolerance noise policy: if management or security is required to visit you due to noise complaints or anti-social behavior, call out fees will apply. A second incidence will result in eviction without a refund.
Room access: Guests agree to grant staff, security, and emergency personnel immediate access inside the room in the event of safety concerns, noise complaints, repairs &, maintenance, suspected illegal drug use, or disruptive behavior.
No smoking. Fumigation fee will apply if smoke is detected inside the apartment.
All rubbish must be removed and cookware washed before departure. A fee will apply if the apartment requires excess cleaning.
There is a 1.8% charge when you pay by credit card.

The location was great, close to the town center without being noisy, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. Direct access to the beach was wonderful. Staff were kind and helpful!
The wifi in our room was terrible, I had some work to do and it was very frustrating as the wifi was so poor. The staff tried everything to sort out the problem even got us a wireless dongel. It appeared to be just our room, but it was incredibly frustrating.
