The property does not accept guests under the age of 21. No parties and no unpaid guests at any time.
Quiet hours start at 22:00 including the balcony. Zero-tolerance noise policy: if management or security is required to visit you due to noise complaints or anti-social behavior, call out fees will apply. A second incidence will result in eviction without a refund.
Room access: Guests agree to grant staff, security, and emergency personnel immediate access inside the room in the event of safety concerns, noise complaints, repairs &, maintenance, suspected illegal drug use, or disruptive behavior.
No smoking. Fumigation fee will apply if smoke is detected inside the apartment.
All rubbish must be removed and cookware washed before departure. A fee will apply if the apartment requires excess cleaning.
There is a 1.8% charge when you pay by credit card.

Short walk to beach, very helpful lady in evening shifts. Spacious and clean. Every think you would need to self cater. Would have stayed longer. Got see lighthouse and koala on beach walk. Byron bay has lovely feel about it. This property was walking distance to restaurants and beach.
It was actually almost perfect . Just happened have some noisy girls next door coming in but wasn’t property’s fault. There is number to call, but they eventually calmed down . I would stay again.
Location is perfect. 5 min walk to town. Beach access at back and 2 minute beach walk to Main beach, Byron.
Very clean property, everything accessible.
That the rooms weren't serviced for under an 8 day stay. Even a vacuum and change of towels after 3 days would have been appreciated.
Staff were very helpful, couldn’t ask for more.
Property was fine , the access the the beach was impeded with drug addicts unfortunately.
