The property does not accept guests under the age of 21. No parties and no unpaid guests at any time.
Quiet hours start at 22:00 including the balcony. Zero-tolerance noise policy: if management or security is required to visit you due to noise complaints or anti-social behavior, call out fees will apply. A second incidence will result in eviction without a refund.
Room access: Guests agree to grant staff, security, and emergency personnel immediate access inside the room in the event of safety concerns, noise complaints, repairs &, maintenance, suspected illegal drug use, or disruptive behavior.
No smoking. Fumigation fee will apply if smoke is detected inside the apartment.
All rubbish must be removed and cookware washed before departure. A fee will apply if the apartment requires excess cleaning.
There is a 1.8% charge when you pay by credit card.

Location is awesome - you can access belongil beach through the back gate!
The rooms were clean but the smell of disinfectant and bleach was overpowering and far from pleasant. Also there are smoking rooms out the back door which send smoke smell through the hallways. It’s very noticeable.

Ich musste mein Geschrirr selbst spülen, alles sauber machen und den Müll selbst wegbringen. Sonst hätte ich Strafe zahlen müssen. Wenn ich in ein Zimmer komme, möchte ich, dass mein Geschirr professionell gereinigt wird und nicht von meinem Vorgänger. Am besten in einer Spülmaschine. Aber vielleicht bin ich zu deutsch.

Property has a lift, was clean, nice pool.
Perfect location! Short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, markets and beaches. On-site facilities were well maintained. Loved the outdoor heated salt water spa. Only issue was the in-room shower could have been better - was a bit fiddly to get the water temp / pressure right, so wasted more water than I used trying to sort that out. Otherwise 10/10!
Very clean, comfortable and quiet room. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Pool was warm and very clean.

Very close to the shops and cafes of Byron.
Pillows were very flat. Could have been fluffier. No shampoo and conditioner or soap. No face washer either. Small things but they make a difference if we didnt bring them as we didnt expect to.
Very close to town and the beach was accessible via the back gate. Loved the free laundrette!!!!
