Important information:

The property does not accept guests under the age of 21. No parties and no unpaid guests at any time.

Quiet hours start at 22:00 including the balcony. Zero-tolerance noise policy: if management or security is required to visit you due to noise complaints or anti-social behavior, call out fees will apply. A second incidence will result in eviction without a refund.

Room access: Guests agree to grant staff, security, and emergency personnel immediate access inside the room in the event of safety concerns, noise complaints, repairs &, maintenance, suspected illegal drug use, or disruptive behavior.

No smoking. Fumigation fee will apply if smoke is detected inside the apartment.

All rubbish must be removed and cookware washed before departure. A fee will apply if the apartment requires excess cleaning.

There is a 1.8% charge when you pay by credit card.

Relatively close to town - very convenient

Cons:

Walls are paper thin and can with all doors and windows closed you can clearly hear your neighbour’s conversations or telephone. Room was tidy, but floor needs a good mopping not just sweeping. Someone else’s dust covered socks and underwear where found under one of the beds too

Posto tranquillo ma vicinissimo al centro. La vasca esterna, adiacente alla piscina, con idromassaggio è davvero piacevole.

Cons:

Ho trovato le posate con pulizia dubbia…le ho lavare per sicurezza. Niente servizio di riordino della camera per soggiorni inferiori agli 8 giorni.

Excellent location, great value for money, very clean and exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Very clean and well maintained. Excellent location, short walk into town and a 2 minute walk to the beach through the resort. Room was bigger than expected and very clean. The free basement parking was a great bonus too!

It was ok for a short stay. If we were staying longer I would have asked for a different room.
