The property does not accept guests under the age of 21. No parties and no unpaid guests at any time.
Quiet hours start at 22:00 including the balcony. Zero-tolerance noise policy: if management or security is required to visit you due to noise complaints or anti-social behavior, call out fees will apply. A second incidence will result in eviction without a refund.
Room access: Guests agree to grant staff, security, and emergency personnel immediate access inside the room in the event of safety concerns, noise complaints, repairs &, maintenance, suspected illegal drug use, or disruptive behavior.
No smoking. Fumigation fee will apply if smoke is detected inside the apartment.
All rubbish must be removed and cookware washed before departure. A fee will apply if the apartment requires excess cleaning.
There is a 1.8% charge when you pay by credit card.

great location, spa and pool, close to beach
The pool was amazing, room very spacious, clean and the location was great.
Unfortunately there's a big construction site next door, the noise was a little annoying but inside the apartment the noise isn't loud so it doesn't affect the sleep.
Location was great. Walking distance to main beach and town.

Resort wmand facilities were good. Unit was spacious and comfortable.
Not resorts fault, but hard to get into and out of from the road, due to large volumes of traffic.

Bed very firm and could feel where the beds join together, woke up very sore each morning, could do with a topper.

Keine Möglichkeit ohne Aufzug in die Garage zu gelangen, außer von außen. Leider besteht, wie eher bei AirBnB üblich, die Notwendigkeit dass man selbstständig den Müll wegbringt, Geschirr spült etc., andererseits bezahlt man Strafe.
The location is really good, so close to the town and beach
The acoustics of the place are very poor. We had significant issues with noise—we stayed downstairs and could clearly hear everything happening upstairs, including people walking and moving chairs. Around 3:00 a.m. on Saturday, people upstairs arrived and made a lot of noise for about an hour, and there was also constant door slamming.
We stayed in the main building, and I wouldn’t recommend it, as we had a very poor night’s sleep.
Additionally, the bathroom was not well designed—the shower curtain was too short, so water ended up covering the entire bathroom floor when showering.
Location was very good, very simple check in check-out key collection / drop. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well.
- Nasty smell in the room, possibly mold, appeared to be coming from bathroom exhaust fan (which appears to be installed the wrong way as it was blowing air into the room like a fan, as opposed to extracting it - not an expert but seemed wrong to me). We didn't spend much time at the property fortunately.
