Important information:

The property does not accept guests under the age of 21. No parties and no unpaid guests at any time.

Quiet hours start at 22:00 including the balcony. Zero-tolerance noise policy: if management or security is required to visit you due to noise complaints or anti-social behavior, call out fees will apply. A second incidence will result in eviction without a refund.

Room access: Guests agree to grant staff, security, and emergency personnel immediate access inside the room in the event of safety concerns, noise complaints, repairs &, maintenance, suspected illegal drug use, or disruptive behavior.

No smoking. Fumigation fee will apply if smoke is detected inside the apartment.

All rubbish must be removed and cookware washed before departure. A fee will apply if the apartment requires excess cleaning.

There is a 1.8% charge when you pay by credit card.

Proche du centre.

Cons:

Des travaux en face de la chambre qui commencent à 7h du matin avec tout le bruit d'un immeuble en construction ! Impossible de profiter du balcon😤
Pas de ménage pendant 3 nuits. Je ne demande pas qu'on me change les draps ou les serviettes chaque jour mais au minimum vider les poubelles. D'autant plus que nous avions une cuisine.
Accueil néant : une dame (?) nous a donné des clés car personne à la réception.
Enfin une odeur désagréable dans l'appartement qui a incommodé mon conjoint...

For my short stay it was perfect. A little dated but great value for money and a great location. It was clean and functional and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay, friendly staff, fantastic location.
Pros:

Great value: we were kindly upgraded to a one bedroom pool side room. Lots of accommodation in Byron Bay that is quite expensive but location does not warrant the price, this ticks all the boxes. Look forward to staying here again.

Cons:

If I had to mention anything at all - while interiors were more renovated than I thought, it is slightly older and the shower could be improved. Because it’s a hot and cold water taps, it took more time trying to get the desired temp than with one tap.

Place of peace Byron Beachcombers
Pros:

Room is beautiful, spotless, quiet in rooms, TV also in bedroom, beach directly behind us. Cross the train track and the beach is right there. Full kitchen, big fluffy towels, comfy bed & pillows. Had car issues staff quickly locked in another night for us while waiting on mechanic. 5 Stars
