Pros:

The location was amazing! Right adjacent to University of Michigan campus. One block from Target, Walgreens, etc. 10 minute walk to Ann Arbor's pedestrian zones lined with restaurants.

Cons:

Breakfast was way below excpetation. Beautiful facility so it was surprising when the food was so limited. Even upgrading from oatmeal packets to real, cooked oatmeal would have been a big improvement.

The property was suitable, but for the price we expected a lot more. We probably wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

The property was located in a great area. The property was clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Our bathroom sink had almost no water pressure. Some wallpaper was peeling in our room and also the TV in our bathroom had a broken screen. The website promised two complementary bottles of water but when we checked in in our room, there were two bottles of Fiji water in each had a price tag of $2.50. The website also said there was a full American breakfast included in the room price. But the breakfast was continental and rather lacking.

Great stay, convenient location, great staff, really nice rooms!
Pros:

Really nice hotel, perfect room very spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. the valet parking was very convenient. Good beds, amazing shower.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been a bit more full, perhaps some cheeses, cold cuts, etc.

Lovely boutique hotel near the University of Michigan
Pros:

Great location. As close as you can get to the University of Michigan and the cute coffee shops in Ann Arbor. Nice boutique facility.

Great short stay in Ann Arbor
Pros:

The hotel was great: quiet, clean, with a friendly staff. The bathroom was spotless, water pressure in the shower was excellent, the bed was very comfortable and the room was just what we needed. Breakfast was great. Wish we could've stayed longer!

Bait and Switch! Didn’t get what we paid for. Never again.

Bed was good

Cons:

Construction operations right in front of hotel causing severe noise and causing the entire building to shake and vibrate continuously. Made it impossible for us to sleep and enjoy our stay.
