staff, friendly and helpful, lots of space in unit, simple, check-in, bathroom BIG, would definitely stay again.

Cabinets were locked in kitchen, so did not have access to glassware

Very good experience at EMA House
Pros:

EMA House is such a good choice for our family! Good location and the room is very clean. The whole building is very nice and safe. The staff are super nice and helpful to provide information!
If we come back to Zurich, we will choose EMA House again!

Innovative well thought out solutions - e.g. absence of common buffet breakfast area = deliver breakfast to room instead

Super amazing and lovely staff (Marina got us last minute flexi tickets to the Lindt museum! Even though it's all sold out online for next 2 weeks)
