Double rooms can only accommodate a baby cot, not an extra bed. Maximum capacity is 2 adults and 1 baby.

The gym was really.small only really room for one person
No coffee facilities in the room or available before 7am although bottled water was provided and cold drinks were in the fridge
Room was noisy think we were near water pipes which gurgled quite loudly

Sijainti oli hyvä poissa pahimmilta turistialueilta. Aamiainen oli runsas. Huoneet siistit.
Nojatuoli muovia. Vedenpaine huonohko. Kylpyhyoneen ovi narisi erittäin äänekkäästi. Suihku kylpyammeessa iso miinus. Kunnon sadevesisuihku ilman ammeita olisi paras vaihtoehto. TV:n valikossa oli Netflix, mutta ei käytettävissä. Hissejä joutui odottamaan kauan. Kattoterassin "uima-allas" on 93 cm syvä pieni kahluuallas.

the temperature was too hot- air con not working at that time of year apparently in the rooms
Spa was out of action for refurbishment and the pool the advertised that would be available to use in a nearby hotel was also not available
La ubicación increíble muy limpio y la habitación muy bonita con buenas vistas. El trato en la terraza estuvo muy bueno por parte de un chico venezolano. Nos explico un poco el establecimiento y la zona muy lindas las hab muy espaciosas y limpias.
La mala comunicación por parte del staff, el parking no incluía en el precio, tuvimos que pagar aparte ese servicio y aún así teníamos que llamar para que nos abrieran y cerraran el
Parking porque nunca nos informaron que debíamos hacer una validación del tiket.
Por otro lado en el precio que abonamos aparecía el servicio de buffet desayuno incluido y cuando fuimos nos dijeron que no, aún así por el precio elevado que abonamos para 3 personas 373€ solo por una noche ingresamos a las 15:00 y salimos 12:00pm. Me parece una publicidad engañosa.
En conclusión muy costoso para que no incluya ni parking ni buffet por menos de 24hrs dentro del establecimiento.
Stayed here with my girlfriend now Fiancee 🥰last wednesday 23rd April, We had such a great time and that was especially down to everyone of the friendliest and nicest staff members you could meet & always had smiles on their faces 😃 They all went above and beyond for you especially Christian the bartender such a lovely person. We booked a Junior Suite Terrace room and it was on the 8th floor right next to the skypool so it was ideal! The check in was very quick and even offered a glass of champagne on arrival. The room itself was absolutely spotless and you had your own balcony with 2 sunloungers which got you the sun untill 5-6pm, The room was defintely worth the money in my eyes. They cleaned and changed the bedding everyday and gave you more towels and toiletroll. The wiifi was great aswell and had a 50inch tv to watch some tv… only thing was you couldn’t plug a firestick into the tv. Check out was just as quick, Very good location about 20min walk away from Sagrada Familia & beach about 10mins walk the opposite way, Lots of shops and little bars around. Didn’t see 1 pickpocket from what you see on tiktok so i wouldn’t be too worried about it. Hotel had taxi rank right outside aswell so that was brilliant. Airport was about 20mins away. All in all we had a cracking time and would 110% recomend this hotel and we will be back. 🙂👍🏻
