Pros:

Breakfast was not that good. Limited selection of hot items and they ran out of milk for about 20 minutes.

Cons:

Better selection of hot items.

Pros:

Bathroom and room (beds and pillows).

Cons:

Outside work on sidewalk, etc. Only one elevator working and my wife and I and a few others got stuck in the elevator that was in use. We could hear the guests in the room right above ours walking (fast!), dropping things, making noises off and on. It wasn't constant but it did interrupt my sleep a couple of times.

My family and I were very comfortable and felt safe.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The location was amazing. It was comfortable.

Cons:

The activities that was supposed to be available was not. Like the pool table. The pool wasn’t too clean but my daughter still enjoyed it. Towels and wash clothes should be available at all times.

Pros:

It was ok looking from outside

Cons:

They are doing construction and I called three times to confirm the room that I needed for my mother who was handicap and when I showed up, they didn’t have those rooms available due to. They’ve been under construction for a month and they should’ve told me that on the phone and never did they kept confirming my reservation was good and I had the room

I was very upset and disappointed that the pool was green and unusable.
Pros:

The staff was clueless about the renovation and why we were not informed but they were very friendly.

Cons:

We weren't informed that renovations would be happening, or we would have chosen a different hotel. The Pool was green and we had to find someone to let us into the pool area just so we could sit at the tables. I definitely would not have chosen this hotel if I had known there was no pool. The internet was spotty due to renovations, the fitness room was shut down, and the phone didn't work, so I couldn't even call the front desk
I understand renovations are sometimes necessary, but I should have been made aware of this so I could have chosen differently.

Pros:

Room was large.

Cons:

Breakfast room was closed for renovation. Temporary breakfast area to pick up food was abysmal for food choices with most trays empty… a far cry from the “excellent breakfast “ described.

Cons:

Part of this location was under renovation which really wasn't too disruptive. Beware of the elevators. The rear doors used by cleaning crew and staff randomly opened without pressing buttons.

Pros:

We saw that we had an ants on our room and they offered to change our room, even though the room that we got switched to a smaller it was still accommodatable for what I needed. It’s no extra charge.

Cons:
