Hôtel bien situé offrant de nombreux services de proximité.
La chambre est grande calme et agréable malgré une décoration d'un autre âge.
Le petit déjeuner est bon sans excès. Le personnel est agréable.
Depuis l'hôtel on peu rayonner à pieds dans toronto. Si on a une voiture, il y a un parking en face 24/24 à prix raisonnable.

Cons:

La qualité de préparation du petit déjeuner mérite d'être améliorée.

Hotel no centro de Toronto, ideal para famílias. Localização, próximo de um shopping e centro turístico da cidade. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos.

Cons:

Alarme de incêndio é acionado com frequência na madrugada, o que assusta bastante os hóspedes e atrapalha a noite até o corpo de bombeiros chegar.

Pros:

The staff are very welcoming and even upgraded us for my sisters birthday! I’ve stayed here twice and each time I had an exceptional stay. The rooms are very clean and nice and so is the bathroom. It is also very close to the mall which made things during the day easier.

Cons:

Wish it was closer to nightlife but transportation is very easy to figure out and the staff can also help.

Our stay was just overnight, but we enjoyed it very much.
Pros:

The restaurant ambiance and food were very good, and the staff friendly and attentive. The suites were spacious, well appointed and comfortable.

Cons:

We parked in the garage across the street, which was challenging to use.

This was the absolute perfect location and the room was very clean.

Cons:

The fire alarm went off at 4 o’clock in the morning and as I went back and reviews, it seems like this might be a normal occurrence

Aardig personeel. De kamers hebben de faciliteiten die je verwacht. Verder had de kamer een lekkere bed en mooie badkamer. Grote bonus is ook de koelkast en wasmachine.

Cons:

Ik vond het voor wat je kreeg aan de dure kant. Ik vond het ook een beetje gierig dat we voor wasmiddel moesten betalen terwijl dat bij veel hotels gratis is of erbij is inbegrepen.

It was good. Close to Massey Hall so nice short walk

Very central. Close to where I needed to go

Cons:

My room was supposed to be to be a suite, I have mobility issues, the shower was tiny and all the furniture was so low. It was just for one night, will make sure to advise the front desk I need an accessible room.
