Only issue was room was very hot, could it get the ac to cool
Very Spacious room fitting family of four (3 adults and a teenager). Spotless. Equipped with toaster, coffee machine, fridge freezer, hot plate and microwave. 4 cups, plates, bowls, glasses. Full cutlery. Cooking utensils, pots, pans, ice bucket available upon request. Arrived in moments.
Plenty of storage space, TV, dining table and chairs, Aircon and the most comfy beds. Housekeeping arrived daily.
Staff were exceptionally courteous and professional. Very helpful and kind Into the bargain.
Bar only opens at 4.30pm with limited draught beers but it is a quite area. WiFi was great.
There is a 24 hour diner on the corner. Frans restaurant which became our go to, although breakfast is available in the hotel.
My son used the gym facilities. He was happy enough with equipment on site.
Location was great and on the quieter side off Dundas square.
Imagine.....the only slightest bugbear was the remote for our TV in Room 1712 was likely a universal rather than Samsung and it was frustrating to change TV channel or volume but this is really scrapping the barrel.

Perfect location, close to theatres, restaurants, the Eaton Centre. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room (King bed) was spacious, clean, quiet, and well appointed. The only small issue we had was inconsistent hot water, but other than that it was great! The diner next door (Fran’s) is very good for breakfast. We would definitely return.
From the moment we stepped into the lobby it felt nice,clean well kept up ,PAUL& JULIETTE provided top notch attention to all our needs as we were in town for operation for my wife and had trouble getting tech info copy's from our phones to there printer and than sent back to hospital via email coupled with the stress off impending operation they are to be commanded for being such an asset to the hotel
We had a great stay during our recent visit to Pantages hotel. This was our second stay here, and we chose it again because we fully enjoyed our experience the first time.
The hotel is in a central location, very close to the main shopping center, It has its own restaurant. There are many other dining options nearby. We liked having a laundry and a dryer machine in our room, which was very convenient during our stay.
There was an unexpected issue with the hot water during our stay, and we had to take cold showers. But the hotel management was kind enough and offered a complimentary breakfast voucher to us. This was very nice of them. We enjoyed our breakfast, which was well prepared and nicely served.
The room was clean, comfortable, and had its own charm. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They also had a storage room where we were able to keep our luggage since we arrived before check-in time. The hotel now works with Air Canada miles program and you are able to earn a few miles when staying at Pantages hotel.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Toronto. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

this is our third time staying at the pantages and we love it here! the staff is always very friendly and accommodating! the location is great for all our vacation events! easton’s centre and the ttc to union centre etc. would highly recommend this hotel! shout out to james who checked us in!
Had a great 2 night stay at this hotel. It was easy to check in. Room was clean and comfortable. It was a good size room and bed. Would stay again. Love the diner right next door.
Great location for exploring downtown Toronto, 2 minutes walk to the nearest subway entrance. Theatre close by was a bonus.
Reception and bar staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Food and drinks in the bar were good, not a huge menu but what was there was very good and presented well. Room was larger than expected and clean. Nice large comfortable bed.
