Great stay in the heart of Toronto
Pros:

Great property and close to the Eaton Centre and very close to the start and end locations for the Toronto Waterfront Marathon which we took part in that weekend. The staff on front desk were very helpful throughout our stay, accommodating for breakfast on the day of our run with a post-race box option, and assisting with transfers back to Pearson Airport. Very friendly and always happy to help. The price we paid for our room, which was effectively an apartment in the city, was great for 3-nights and exceeded our expectations. The room had kitchen and clothing washer / dryer facilities in room that was nice to have after over a week away on a roadtrip prior to our stay. The room was quiet and very comfortable bed. Lovely large space. Very convenient to shopping and attractions. A short walk to Union station if getting the Go Train.

Cons:

The shower was not the most powerful but water temperature was no problem at all. We pre-paid for breakfast, but the offering at the weekend - buffet - was not all that great. However, on a weekday it appears to revert to al a carte with more options available. Wouldn't let this put us off staying again though, but would question the addition of the breakfast add-on.

Lage. Personal. Großes Zimmer.

Cons:

Keine Zone zum Kofferausladen vor dem Hotel. Am Wochenende gibt es ein kleines Frühstücksbüffet. Im Prinzip ok. Am Samstag war jedoch alles kalt.

Excellent location!
Pros:

The location can’t be beat!

Cons:

A couple things about the housekeeping.
The beds weren’t made properly with sheets coming untucked. Long dark hair in the shower when we arrived.

Нам понравилось абсолютно всё. Персонал очень милый. Номер шикарный. Чистый и удобный. Мы остались очень довольны.
Pros:

Отличный, дружелюбный персонал.
Очень большой, чистый и удобный номер со своей кухней. Место нахождение очень удобно учитывая что рядом шопинг центр, метро и мелкие магазины.

Cons:

В следующий раз мы выбрали бы место дальше от центра.
По сколько центр города слишком загружен.

Just ok.
Pros:

Great location downtown, close to Union Station.

Cons:

It was not very clean. Hairs were found on the towels and lots of dust on the bedside tables.
