Fitness is very small.
It was close to where I needed to be for work.
Fire alarm several times in the night and unclear PA system and instructions.
Perfectly located with extra-kind staff!! Pella, James & Paul at the front desk!! And Cristina, Richard, Amir, David & Raymond at the restaurant!! (Yes!! I come here a lot!!;) Clean, spacious and modern rooms!! Nearby shops, restaurants and in the theatre district and Massey Hall!!
Our family stayed at Pantages during the March break weekend for a family staycation and had the best time. Paul and Pella were very accommodating and super friendly and very easy to talk to. The rooms were spectacular. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean and beautiful. Thank you Pantages team!
I stayed at this hotel - was met by a lovely gentleman called Ghali who has every single day he has been there - been an absolute pleasure to speak to - to recommend me places and give me a low down on the city. I am off a firm belief that people like this make the stay and he has certainly left an amazing impression.

This location is great if you want to go around downtown area. James from front desk was exceptional and accommodating! He made sure that we are well taken care of. I highly recommend staying here
