We liked the location.

Cons:

We stayed at this property for a short trip and unfortunately had several issues that significantly impacted our stay.

We were without running water for over 3 hours and were repeatedly told it would be restored “in 15 minutes.” The water briefly came back on, only to shut off again in the middle of my shower.

On top of this, our room key stopped working, adding another inconvenience during an already frustrating situation. While we understand that maintenance issues can happen, the lack of accurate communication and resolution made the experience very uncomfortable.

Access to water is a basic expectation at any hotel, and the way this situation was handled fell short. Because of this, we would not choose to stay here again.

Lots of vagrants loitering, smoking marijuana and riding bikes on the walkway right in front of the room doors. You might ask local police to add your property to their patrol or hire a security person to patrol. I did not feel safe

Overall tolerable and clean, nice location.
Pros:

There was no breakfast…there was coffee. The room was neat and clean. Friendly staff that I dealt with

Cons:

I feel that the room should be painted, update bathroom’s to include hand rails and handles on water/shower replaced…as handle fell off as water turned off. Also the lamp in between the beds had a short. The plug in front of lamp did not work

Pros:

Location was good. Room was ok but pillows were extremely small. I woke up with a stiff neck. Supposed to have an iron in room went to front desk told me there was one and there wasn’t. After being told maid staff would provide in morning coming to room never happened.

Cons:

Pillows horrendous. Front office not accomadating.

Pros:

Trip was with wife and friends... we had an enjoyable time in St Aug celebrating the holidays.

Cons:

The biggest issue was the hotel was without water from check-in time until about 10:30PM. Front desk indicated we would have water in 20 minutes... it was hours without showering or flushing toilet.
