Pros:

The staff and room met our expectations. Checking out, the computer system was not working and I could not do a proper check out. I will stay again soon.

Cons:

Checking out. Their system was down and I wanted to use another credit card and was unable. Unfortunately, I could not wait until the system was online again.

Pros:

The front desk worker was impeccable. Very friendly and explained everything. The breakfast was great with lots of choices.

Cons:

Everything was great. So clean and housekeeping was very nice as we were leaving.
