We would stay here again!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the rooms and a great location easy walking distance to warf and battery point. Rooms felt really fresh and clean!
Beds were very comfortable!

Cons:

The only down side was the shower was tiny! I’m a small person and it felt tight. Not sure if all room were like this and no major biggie!

All staff have no people skills. Their customer service was atrocious. They were rude & arrogant

The location was good and the only reason I scored this hotel highly in thr category

Cons:

They help themselves into your room without seeking your permission. The Manager opened the door to my room and was about to enter if it wasn’t for my travel companion in the room with me at the time who stopped him.
Later when he confronted the Manager, he was rude, arrogant and spent his time justifying his reason for entering my room and not once apologised. Arrogant!

Pros:

Excellent location. The bed was comfortable and the feather pillows were nice and soft.

Cons:

The room was very small for 2 people, hardly any space for luggage, or chairs to sit on. You had to pay extra for parking. The carpet looked as if it could do with a good clean.

Stupid bestie table need another shelf under them with so little space why not have multi level bedside tables???
Shower head too huge and took 10 minutes to get hot

The tap in room 210 was prone to splashing out at me. Pressure very strong and basin curved. No place for toiletries.
