Its central location and friendly staff
Location
It was a good location, easy to walk to points of interest. It was clean and roomy rooms.
Laverie facilement disponible. Chambre correcte. Peu de choix au petit-déjeuner.
Qualité du petit déjeuner: beaucoup de préemballé, choix restreint.
Location was great walk to everything we want to do
When I booked and paid parking was $15 per night when we got there it went up to $20 per night.
Should have paid the price it was quoted at time of booking and paying.
Great location , easy walk to attractions
Maybe a few more hot food options for breakfast
The room we had first was very small. The air con leaked and we had to move at around 9:00pm.
See above.
The location is handy to explore Hobart.
The room size is smaller than the inmates at Port Arthur had. Road is noisy at night if you want fresh air.
Location
It was not very clean. It was uncomfortable. Staff were unkempt. Definitely not value for money
Convenient
A little dated
Our travel agent booked this Tasmanian hotel before we found out it had no restaurant and our flight from north Queensland didn't get in til after 8pm, got to the hotel 9pm didn't really feel like going out to eat so we brought instant noodles and boiled the room electric jug... Next night we walked next door to Ibis restaurant for excellent asian meal. There were plenty of options for regular tourists but not for my limited mobility husband, so just be aware there is no onsite restaurant (apart from buffet breakfast, which was excellent).
The room was spotless, great view. Like many hotel rooms, there was limited lighting, just bedside tables and a light at door entry so the room was dark. No spare blanket. Bathroom was spotless.
Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again if it had an onsite restaurant.
Athough Travelodge was convenient to town, it was the smallest room I have ever stayed in.
The bathroom was miniscule and you could hardly turn around in it. The room was also tiny and there was only the floor to put our two suitcases on and nowhere to unpack our clothes into.
Location is perfect. The room was quite comfortable and decent size.
Parking was not explained adequately in booking site so was a bit of a shock being told we may or may not have a parking space. However staff explained thoughtfully .
