Convenience of secure parking.
The shower over the bath was a little awkward.
Opening the fridge door was a little difficult as it was hinged on the wrong side.
Convenient location, clean and comfortable and I booked a room with a view which was nice. The room was very clean and the bed was great. It was an easy walk down to the wharves and Salamanca, less so back as it’s uphill. Good breakfast.it was absolutely fine for what I wanted.
The bathroom was ridiculously tiny. If you didn’t close the door before sitting on the loo there’d be no room! The staff need some manners. The person who checked me in obviously didn’t want to be there. The breakfast staff didn’t even say anything other than “room number”. So yeah, I would never stay there again.
Very convenient location especially when we specially wanted to visit the weekly Saturday Salamanca Market. The hotel staff is helpful.
The only issue is we were allocated room with queen bed which is definitely too small for our comfort. Otherwise all good!
The bed and linen was extremely comfortable with bathroom clean and the best shower head that we have experienced in hotels for 2 years at least.

Disappointed that we weren’t able to use the chrome cast to watch our own shows/movies. Only androids allowed. No internet on tv also, It only has local tv channels available. No phones in the room so if you have a concern you have to call using your own phone or walk down. Surprised by the price of parking; price wasn’t given to us till after we booked/paid.
