Pros:

The hotel was well kept. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

When we arrived, we asked to have the breakfast added to our reservation. We were told it would be $10 each (total $20) added on. When we arrived for breakfast, it had not yet been added on. She said to have breakfast, and the server would report back to her. the server requested a voucher which we had to get from the front receptionist. When we completed our meal, we received a bill for $39.82. I verified with our server that this was already paid with the two $10 vouchers. While driving back to Arizona I checked my credit card and we were charged the $39.82 instead of $20 for the meals. after traveling for 3 days and dealing with Booking online to redeem a voucher without success I just let it go. I could not deal with any more customer service people!!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Pros:

We did not take advantage of the breakfast, but the location was perfect for what we were there for.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.
