Horrible.
Cons:

Our reserved room was not ready when we arrived, after an hour wait we were told the room had problems. The room we received was inadequate with a shower that was producing a black substance, and wasnt draining. When I talked to the member of staff on duty, Joshua, about fixing the problem, he was very rude. He told me he wasn't a plumber and could switch us to another room. It being very late, We ended up using a different room to shower in and another to sleep. Very inconvenient. Will never return.

Comfortable stay with great vibes. Just felt a bit pricey for what it is.
Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is a new build, everything feels fresh and modern. The place is super clean, the facilities are solid. The location is perfect too. Easy to get around without any hassle.

Cons:

The only thing that threw me off a bit was the price. The hotel looks pricey.Also it would’ve nice if they offered free breakfast, especially for the rate they are charging.

Very convenient for Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta events.
Pros:

We were in ABQ for Balloon Fiesta, this location was very close to the event area.

Cons:

Our 4th floor room had an oddly heavy bathroom door. It was honestly the weight of a hotel room door, and it wouldnt stay partially open. So it would block the door to the room. It was very awkward. To get to the closet or the light switch we had to move this door. It’s a narrow space so we were always manouvering around this door. Very weird. Aside from that the room was comfortable.

Pros:

Staff was great. Friendly. Helpful. The room didn’t have any linens or pillows for the pullout bed and there wasn’t any extra toilet paper. The toilet wasn’t flushing well, but anytime we called down we got what we needed quickly.

Cons:

Room above was noisy…stomping late at night and middle of night. Breakfast was not worth eating and was expensive. Hampton Inn is a much better mid-level property.
