It was a very nice location.

Cons:

My mother was cold and we asked for an extra blanket. They did not have any to offer. My daughter found a bed bug when we woke up in the morning crawling across the bed. Upon further inspection of the room we found pizza under the bed. When we told the front desk about the bed beg they didn’t seem surprised or concerned. They just told me to register a complaint to Booking . Com when I did booking gave me a 10% credit to my account. That hardly covers the money I spent at the laundromat making sure I did not take bed bugs home.

We were very displeased with our experience and would not recommend.
Pros:

The front desk staff were friendly.

Cons:

As we were walking the hallway to our room the overall appearance was dingy and we could smell marijuana throughout the hallway at the rear part of the hotel. Then when we entered our room, we immediately smelled a very heavy odor of what smelled like mold in our room. The odor made it difficult to sleep. The front desk rep advised there wasn't any remedy since the hotel was fully booked due to Spring Break. It appeared that the room was not completed with recent construction. In addition, it was not very clean.
