The staff was not very friendly and was too focused on conversations with each other than their guest while throwing around cuss words left, and right with children in the lobby. Stuff was not helpful when asked of anything we stayed for three nights four days and during that time we got no towels and when we asked for them since nobody came by, we were given two pool towels and said that’s all they had available the whole time we were there they were four of us

Cons:

construction noises until after 8:00 p.m. . people running up and down the hallways arguing and in the pool after midnight. remodeling is a sloppy job poor lighting beds will kill them. overall very low and hotel with no amenities

Very disappointed with the overall condition of this hotel.

The condition of the hotel was poor. There’s a mold and mildew smell throughout the entire building and especially in the room. We saw black mold growing on the ceiling in our room. The tile around the baseboards in the room was missing.
The elevator was dirty.
There was evidence of water damage in the room.
The staff were lazy. We were there two days and our room was not cleaned. We requested fresh towels and they said they were out of towels until the next day. When I said that was unacceptable, their reply was if I wanted towels, I had to come downstairs to the lobby and get them myself.

Great place to stay for the money.
Pros:

Stayed here a couple of times, clean and friendly. Breakfast is always good.

Cons:

Kids running upstairs and ALot of construction noise. But at least their fixing things!

Straightforward hotel, great location, friendly staff.
Pros:

Good location, close to the beach and located on the Seawall.

Cons:

The elevators were hit or miss, thankfully there are not many floors at this hotel. One elevator had some weird liquid in it (likely vomit due to the holiday weekend) and it smelled so bad we just walked the stairs. The elevators definitely need someone to check in them for cleanliness here and there during busy weekends.
