Don't stay here unless you just have to.
Pros:

That it was across from the beach.

Cons:

1st- we didn't get to check in until after 5.
2nd- the water kept going off.
3rd- the room was not very cool and we had it set on 60. And
4th- the refrigerator kept leaking water from the freezer.
This is a hotel I will NOT stay in again unless I'm in dyer need of a place to stay. We were not the only ones, there were a lot of people canceling their reservation because of the things going on. Some people had trouble with their room key working.

Pros:

Stayed here before and liked the fact that It was close to the beach and few stores.

Cons:

Rooms, hallways, everywhere had a foul odor. What made me very uncomfortable was seeing 2 full dumpsters from my balcony. I dont think I'll stay here again.

Not safe for anyone to stay unless you can tolerate Mold

The mold, the condition of rooms, you ask for extra items and they aren’t there and when you call of course no one can bring you anything until next day(well we’re leaving keep the damn extra blankets and pillows) I only took a few pictures of the conditions but anyone can smell the mold and see it’s been covered in paint. Very Dangerous! Will call health department also to help the next family

Great affordable place with friendly staff!
Pros:

Close to beach, very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Air conditioning in lobby wasn’t working so it was 85° in there but the rooms were nice and cold.

Decent. It was packed and kinda loud and breakfast food went fast. Also flooding remediation on the lobby.
Pros:

We liked the close proximity to the Seawall and restaurants.

Cons:

We had a room with a balcony but the door wouldn’t open so we couldn’t go out on it. Also there was lots of construction materials on the parking lot.

For the price, I will do it again.
Pros:

Unfortunately, we did not have a working TV or phone, but the staff seemed friendly and it was in a great location to everything we needed.

Cons:

Dirty elevators, items in room not working.
