SCAM
Cons:

SCAM ! We will get off that review after you gave us back our money.

We had reservation on booking website for 1 night for 45€90, everything was normal and well indicated on the app booking as usual since decades i use Booking.
But the hotel decide suddenly during our stay to create "error system" and changed the price from 45€90, to 45€90 for breakfast only + additionnal 109€00 for 1 night, total 154.90€ come on, are you serious 154,90€ for 1 single room?
And we were charged !
Actually processing with booking to get refund, please customers, get away from that hotel !

Pros:

Het bed was heerlijk. Een groot ongemak en zeer storend is het luid dichtvallen van de tussendeur. Aangezien mijn kamer de eerste op die gang was, ben ik voortdurend gestoord gedurende de avond en nacht

Cons:

De hal bij binnenkomst was / is vuil en niet echt fris. De verf helemaal verbleekt en dof. Dat is geen leuke “arrival”

Leiden in last.
Pros:

Lokatie is prima. Makkelijk en voldoende parkeermogelijkheden. De aanwezige stafleden waren prima vriendelijk al niet allemaal geschikt voor deze baan.

Cons:

Er was geen kok aanwezig. De, overigens zeer vriendelijke, heer aan de balie vertelde dat dit niet zijn lokatie was en dat daarom hij niet alles wist. Geeft op zich niet. Maar, er was geen tapbier, waarom weet niemand, er was geen kok dus het restaurant kon niet open, daarom waren wij er in the first place. We hebben dan maar elders eten besteld en dat daar opgegeten. Later kwam er wel een andere kok en we dachten, nou dan bestellen we nog een dessertje maar na het bestellen hoorde we een uur helemaal niks dus hebben we die dessert bestelling maar gecanceld. Samengevat, dit is een ongekende ballentent. En er dan toch nog een dikke 100 euro plus voor moeten betalen, dan verwacht je in ieder geval fatsoenlijke service.

Das Zimmer war abgewohnt. Es gab kein warmes Wasser zum duschen und das Frühstück war nicht ansprechend und auch nicht lecker.
