Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und ist uns sehr entgegengekommen. Der Fernseher war modern und schön groß. Außerdem waren kostenlose Parkplätze direkt verfügbar, was sehr praktisch war.

Cons:

Beim Duschen verteilt sich das Wasser im ganzen Badezimmer, und es gibt leider kein Hilfsmittel (z. B. einen Abzieher), um das Wasser zu entfernen. Die bereitgestellte Seife trocknet die Hände stark aus. Im Badezimmer fehlt außerdem ein Handtuch für die Füße.
Das „Kingsize-Bett“ besteht aus zwei zusammengeschobenen Betten mit nur einem Topper. In der Mitte spürt man deutlich die Lücke, was das Schlafen unangenehm macht, besonders wenn man sich zur Mitte hin bewegt. Die Matratzen sind zudem etwas zu weich.

Geen prettige ervaring

Hotel was dicht bij waar wij moesten zijn.
Kamer was prima maar badkamer erg klein

Op erste avond personeel was echt vriendelijk, een jonge meid die alleen engels praat maar maakt niks uit,die was echt vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hebben op die avond betjen op eten gewacht maar oke,kan gebeuren. Volgende dag hadden wij onze soep na bijna uur wachten gekregen, en hoofdgerecht was na 1.5 uur nog niet klaar.Mijn zoon moeste gaan was nog niet klaar dus hij ging zonder eten weg.En nadat ik opnieuw ging vragen waar mijn eten blijf heb ik mijn bestelde burger gekregen. Maar hij was niet eten.Brodje was hard als steen, ik heb die niet geproefd maar meteen terug gebracht. Niemand kwam aan tafel iets vragen
Voor drinken moesten wij zelf op zoek na ober .Echt heel erg onprofessioneel en onaardig .
Ik zal niet zo gauw weer terug komen, en ook niemand aanbevolen, in tegendeel

Hotel kan een opfrisbeurt gebruiken.
Pros:

Ligt naast het zwembad/ schaatsbaan en dicht bij de stad. Parkeren voor de deur.

Cons:

Hygiëne kamer en hotel. Kamers en hotel kunnen een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Mager ontbijt in een te kleine ontbijtruimte. € 200 voor een kamer voor één nacht is écht overvraagd!

SCAM
Cons:

SCAM ! We will get off that review after you gave us back our money.

We had reservation on booking website for 1 night for 45€90, everything was normal and well indicated on the app booking as usual since decades i use Booking.
But the hotel decide suddenly during our stay to create "error system" and changed the price from 45€90, to 45€90 for breakfast only + additionnal 109€00 for 1 night, total 154.90€ come on, are you serious 154,90€ for 1 single room?
And we were charged !
Actually processing with booking to get refund, please customers, get away from that hotel !

Pros:

Het bed was heerlijk. Een groot ongemak en zeer storend is het luid dichtvallen van de tussendeur. Aangezien mijn kamer de eerste op die gang was, ben ik voortdurend gestoord gedurende de avond en nacht

Cons:

De hal bij binnenkomst was / is vuil en niet echt fris. De verf helemaal verbleekt en dof. Dat is geen leuke “arrival”
